“I am posting on behalf of the following employees: Amanda, Nikki, who are my main cleaners. As usual, they are cordial, prompt, kind, friendly, and very professional. Because they have been my main cleaners, and I am usually home when they are here, we have developed a "cleaning friendship".
I would like for them to pay a little more attention to wiping down the breakfast table which has individual place mats, and in most cases they need cleaning not to mention the table itself. It's not uncommon for crumbs of whatever I'm eating to find their way underneath the mats.
If I feel the need to tell them of things I feel should be watched more closely while they are working, I have no problem talking to them about it.
I must say, the last cleaning job was exceptionally well done. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They are both serious workers who take their jobs seriously. These ladies are definitely workers for you to consider keeping in your company.
Because of Thanksgiving, my last cleaning was moved to November 25th. I spoke with Amanda about my next scheduled appointments, December 12th, then December 26th, and January 9th. Because of my schedule, I am asking that the December 26th appointment please be cancelled, and we can pick up on the regularly scheduled January 9th appointment.
One last request: I would like to have Amanda and Nikki as my regular team of cleaners. Amanda and Nikki both seem to enjoy their work and are excellent at it.”
