Besides being totally reliable, thorough and very professional , I enjoy their friendliness and always being so accommodating. I recently had a power outage and had to cancel their services. After three hours my power was on, I called and Molly Maid arranged to have my house cleaned on same day. That brings me to another point: whenever I call I have an actual person on the line!
