They know that they lost the package on 7th August, but they made me wait for 15 days to even update the actual status.\r\nthis is the best example of how your ecommerce should not be."

"I was sent used jeans without tags. The jeans smelled like strong perfume and had noticeable friction in the crotch. Now I\u2019m stuck dealing with their mistake and have to return them. Just so furious that no one in customer service seems to care about how gross this is. I spoke to 3 people. The best resolution I could get is send it back deal with it and a 25% off coupon."
