“Good communication. Arrived when promised. The toilet leaked even after being fitted several rtimes. They changed the toilet for a new one with no fuss and delivered it as well. Good service. They know there products.”

“Really helpful. On time delivery. Great price. Only fault is that some of the drivers aren't overly helpful at unloading and just put the pallet on the pavement but that is a contractor not bathroom village. Excellent service overall.”

Thanks for the feedback. We are currently looking to offer alternative delivery services, but for the time being we are only able to provide curb side delivery... but we are working on it!! Hope you're enjoying your new Heritage bathroom!
