“Good service from Bathroom Village, however they / I have been let down by the very poor quality of a Roper Rhodes cloak room sink unit I purchased from them. I am now waiting for my 4th replacement door !!!”

“Excellent order service let down by lack of information on delivery. Telephoned and had to leave message after several tries as just ringing out to warn may not be at home for delivery and then it turned up on doorstep a quarter of an hour later without any warning. Good follow up on left message and lady very apologetic and said we should have had a message re delivery. In the event all ended up well. Thank you.”

“Generally good, but the product delivery was delayed by nearly two weeks and I had to chase delivery twice. Response was always friendly and helpful but I shouldn't have had to chase.”

“Love this product. Easy to order. Came promptly. Well packaged. Product exactly as ordered. As it is a non-slip tray it is difficult to clean but the non-slip surface works perfectly.”

“Product and service from bathroom village was fantastic and the product is high quality as we expected so very happy with it. Disappointed with the delivery service though - I think this may be through a separate courier though. Couldn’t give us a smaller deliver window except all day and when they did deliver they delivered totally the wrong item which then we had to wait for the rest of the day for them to exchange for the correct item!!!”

“Bathroom Village has an extensive range of branded products and are very competitive on price. We qualified for free delivery but unfortunately all items were damaged on arrival. Bathroom Village was excellent, after sending in a few photographs they replaced every item for us. The second delivery was perfect. We are still to install the items so the delay in receiving the second delivery was not an issue for us.”

“I ordered a tap and did not receive the correct parts for it. I did however receive the correct item after a phone call to the customer service department who were very helpful.”

“Very happy with the quality of the vanity units we bought, ready built and very robust, great price too. Would have got a 5 if we could have received the goods without the need for a ridiculous pallet which the driver insisted we had to take. Spent half an hour breaking it up and then had to take it to the tip - complete waste of packaging and my time and petrol to dispose of.”

“Love the product, and the customer service has been fantastic. Only marked 4stars instead of 5 because we had a couple of issues:- - two shelves were shattered on delivery - Bluetooth turning off when right hand door opened Both issues addressed immediately with replacement parts delivered within the week. Will definitely use again.”
