“I know people have had a moan. But, I have had good service and it’s a good product. Be careful though as the driver only delivers the good kerbside. I had to bung the driver a few quid to bring the shower enclosure into the house.”

“Everything arrived as ordered and well packaged to avoid damage in transit. It might be helpful to future purchasers if the actual light emitted from such items as LED mirrors could be described with more accuracy. We would probably have bought something different. Otherwise excellent service.”

“There was a stock issue with my item, which wasn't Bathroom Village's fault to be fair, however I did have to wait a while for delivery. Once the item was received - all was good Will definitely use again.”

“Good in general as the item was well priced and it arrived nicely packed. In my opinion a bit slow on delivery as they took 10 days from order placed to door. I would like them to offer next day delivery service and then it would excellent!”

“Problem with order screws undone replacement sent. Delivery company not good they did not communicate with us, so second delivery arrived unexpectedly luckily we were in, not impressed.”

Hi Thanks for your review, we're currently looking into new couriers as we ask that all deliveries are booked in with the customer to make sure someone is in and its delivered at a suitable time. Hope everything is ok with your items.

“Helpful staff, however there was a substantial delay in delivery after receiving assurance that all items were readily available. The damage to the shower screen packaging was a cause for concern as it only became apparent that the goods were to be inspected for damage on delivery once the courier had already departed.”
