Very friendly member of staff called to inform of delivery dates, there after I received text messages of delivery dates. Upon receiving the goods I was very satisfied with the quality of the products.

Online purchase was easy. The web site indicated 10-14 days delivery, but on completing the purchase it was said the delivery might be much sooner, and I would be given an email with tracking info. I did not get this, and, as we were away from home, delivery was attempted twice by TNT who had to contact me by telephone. Only then was I able to make appropriate arrangements. I think it would be helpful for the web site to indicate that delivery of standard items may be delivered very quickly. This may stop people going away from home thinking delivery will be in 10 or 14 days time! Otherwise the whole process was excellent, and I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Thanks for your feedback, we usually indicate a maximum of 10-14 days to cover us in case of out of stock items or damages, we can see how this could be confusing, so we have updated the wording on our site now! Glad you are happy with everything else, give us a shout if you need anything else.

Whilst a prompt service and excellent product, it was disappointing that no consideration was given to the logistics for delivery. To engage a courier with one (woman) driver to deliver a cast iron bath was completely unreasonable. The driver was unable to assist, indicating that the load was too heavy for her to shift. Fortunately, workmen were on site to help but had that not been the case, the delivery would not have been possible. In future, further enquiries should be made when dispatch is being confirmed with the customer.

Thanks for your feedback on the delivery we'll be sure to pass it on to the courier we use who arrange the delivery on our behalf. All deliveries are of a curbside nature and should be arranged beforehand by them. Hope your enjoying your Hampton Bath!

First class service from Bathroom Village but let down badly by UKMail delivery service. However a short phone call to BV and the problems were quickly resolved

The company carried out all that they said they would on the website, except I would have appreciated an email to say items had been shipped. Other than that I was very pleased that when I rang with a query I was immediately put through to a very nice man called Mark in dispatch who answered my question thoroughly and quickly.

The product and service was fine. It just wasn't what I thought I had ordered. Product has been returned but still awaiting the refund. Refund should have been faster.

thanks for the feedback. I apologise if there was a delay with your refund. We do try and process these as quickly as we can, but do have to wait for any items to returned to us as to ensure they are in a resell-able condition.

Didn't realise the waste pipe on the tray would stick out unusually far, meant we couldn't have the shower tray fitted flush with the floor - had to be raised up so doesn't look as good. Would have been handy if that had been pointed out in the information on the website then we could have selected a different product.

We are now in the process of updating our website to include this information for all of our shower trays - thanks for pointing it out! Finally, it's always great to hear when the service supplied by the delivery company we use goes well. We'll certainly pass that information on to them.
