First class service from Bathroom Village but let down badly by UKMail delivery service. However a short phone call to BV and the problems were quickly resolved

As with the first order we placed with Bathroom Village the delivery was terrible. The first time you gave us compensation for now bad it was. This time I wrote in the notes on the internet order and told the person from Bathroom village who phoned that the courier needs to phone me to arrange a delivery date. They DIDN'T and left a toilet with an 80 year old neighbor (who thankfully didn't mind) but I thought this was a massive ask of a neighbor. Thankfully the driver didn't leave the pallet with him. I see this as the dispatch offices mistake not the drivers as they should have called me as requested.

Product well wrapped. However, clearly wasn't in stock even though the website indicated it was available. I did get a phone call after a week, to report another week's delay but it still took 3wks to arrive. I would have bought a different product if I'd known.

Just to clarify, we don't claim to hold everything in stock. This is why we give a delivery period of 7 - 10 working days on all orders. Very rarely are these times exceeded. Unfortunately however, it seems on this occasion, that happened to be the case - we'd like to offer you our apologise and hope that the products were worth the wait.

Very pleasant service, helpful and prompt - keen price too! Good communications throughout. I would have said 'excellent' but for one thing - on delivery of the item I found the information about returns (scary stickers on the package etc) a bit daunting & off putting as it gave me the impression I would have difficulty IF I had recd a damaged product in any way and needed to return it. Happily the item was perfect - very well packaged and I am delighted with it. Thanks!!

Thanks for your kind words and feedback. The reason we have our returns information on bright red paper is so that it gets noticed. Previously, we'd found it was getting ignored and we would then have problems later down the line. So, it's there to ensure you get the goods and that any discrepancies get reported back to us so that our customer service team can rectify them as quickly as possible. Once again - thank you. Very good delivery information and communication. Delivery driver however did not want to wait for item inspection. Packing information informed me that he was allocated twenty minutes for inspection but would not stay for even five minutes. Also refused to take away packing pallet and wooden support frame.

Good communication, sadly the courier was a bit rubbish - delivered to wrong house, lied about where they had left parcel (in our porch - neither the house where he delivered to nor our house have a porch!). Bathroom village is good, just need to change the courier they use! Box was excessively large for goods though.

First shower tray arrived damaged and had obviously been put on the pallet damaged. Second tray arrived a week later and was fine. Staff were helpful and sorted damage problem.
