“Cheltenham shop does not return emails... so had to buy online”

Firstly, we'd like to apologise for the lack of response for our Cheltenham branch, we had been experiencing technical difficulties with their e-mail set up, but all is working now! “Very good delivery information and communication. Delivery driver however did not want to wait for item inspection. Packing information informed me that he was allocated twenty minutes for inspection but would not stay for even five minutes. Also refused to take away packing pallet and wooden support frame.”

Darrin, thank you ever so much for your feedback. You are correct - the driver is allocated a time slot for you to check off the items delivered against those that you've ordered. We will be in touch with the delivery company used in this instance to investigate why this didn't happen, and offer our apologies. “I have dealt with Chris Edmonds at Bristol and he has been superb. Always get back to me regarding any queries and has always been able to suggest different options for my bathrooms. The ordering service and after sales have been excellent as well, I am very pleased with the service Chris has given me.”
