The delivery time was two long (much longer than advises when the purchase was made) but it arrived in good condition

We have checked the details of your order and can see that the order was placed 8/10 and was dispatched from our warehouse 28/10 to our couriers. As per our website we do estimate 10 - 14 working days for delivery of items. Glad your item arrived safely and you are happy with it. Helpful staff in person, but it would be even more helpful if staff could deal with customer queries promptly when made via email.

The product we got from Bathroom Village was great, but the item took a very long time to arrive and the returns process was very cumbersome and expensive.

Hi Katherine, Thanks for leaving your review. We have looked into the issues raised and can confirm that unfortunately the delivery was delayed as the item that you ordered were actually out of stock with the manufacturer. You were advised of this via email the day after making your order. As you no longer required items on your order as stated in our terms and conditions the cost of the return postage is in fact down to yourself. Good prices but not so good on delivery. Only let me know the day before and no time slots. Collection also poor, didn't let me know at all and I was out, arranged for following day so I waited in but they didn't turn up.

The order was delivered to you directly from our supplier, as there were no stock issues the delivery was scheduled for the next working day. We contacted you to advise the delivery date that you accepted, if this was not convenient we could have rearranged for another suitable day as discussed with you at this time. Unfortunately we are unable to allocate specific delivery slots and all our deliveries are booked in on an all day service as stated in our terms and conditions that you agreed during checkout. From the order we can see that we contacted you on a number of different occasions to book in a day that was best for you for the collection as our couriers were happy to attend on a day specified by you. Product is faulty and not the quality as I was expecting. The plunger keeps breaking and falling apart, I have to keep repairing.

When ordering online a delivery of 7 days was advertised. However it was 2 weeks before delivery and I had to call to get up date.

This is the second time I have used Bathroom Village which sell good quality products and have first class showrooms with helpful staff. On the first occasion the wrong goods were delivered and I had to wait a further week for the exchange. On the second occasion had to spend ages on the telephone chasing up the order. Have given three stars for the initial service but this company is badly let down by its after sales.

Good quality items but specifically requested brown fascia as opposed to white for ceiling shower fan/light but still received white.

Michael, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry, but we are unable to find a brown fascia associated with this product in the manufacturer's brochure. They appear to only be available in two colours. Feel free to give us a call I'm sure we can find an alternative.

Our order came from the Bathroom village supplier, so the delivery date slipped with no notification from Bathroom Village, day wasted at home waiting in. Still no feedback from bathroom village after i contacted them, and they said they were investigating the delay, but luckily the item has now been delivered, and is quality as expected of a Burlington item.

We had asked the manufacturer to send this item over to you and due to the holiday period, it has taken a little longer to get items to some customers. We believe it has to do with the backlog of orders over the Christmas period. We're glad you've got your item now, Burlington is a great choice for your bathroom and we really hope it's perfect for your bathroom. If you need anything else please do not hesitate to call.

Products are good and at a very good price. I was disappointed in the speed of delivery. In the end, it took 24 days to get the products. I was made aware that the soft close seats were out of stock and would be in in a few days so they would dispatch everything together. However, 11 days later I had heard nothing. When the good were eventually dispatched and handed over to the courier, I wasn't kept informed about where my items were or when they would be delivered. I called Bathroom Village to get an update and I was told that the items were with the courier company and that was it. It was as though it was then out of their hands and they'd done their bit - this was the only let down. These days, with most places consumers buy from, they get regular updates, via email or text to let us know where our goods are. As a customer, I shouldn't need to continually call and email to chase up goods which in all honesty should have been delivered within a few days. Would I use them again, probably would, but I ensure the goods were all in stock over the phone first.

We're doing everything we can to keep delivery times low by implementing new systems, however, with some suppliers it can take longer than others to arrive. We really appreciate that you've said you would most likely use us again, although we would want you to feel like you've had the best possible service, hopefully, next time we will get this to your complete satisfaction. We always say to customers It's always worth double checking if we've got the items you're looking for plus what sort of lead time you might expect. Thanks again for your review and your business.

Took ages to get to us, we were expecting the '3-5 days delivery' as the website suggested, but it's important to note that Bathroom Village does not hold any stock and orders the goods from the manufacturer who then send to Bathroom Village, who then send on to you.

Thank you for your recent feedback. We're sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your items. It's been a very busy period for us with the Black Friday sales. We are doing everything we can to get these goods to our customers as quickly as possible. We hope this hasn't inconvenienced you too much. We will, of course, look into this and see what has happened to cause this delay to see if there's something more we can do next to reduce any delays. We have a warehouse where we store our key lines. Some products need to be ordered from the manufacturers which is normal for this industry. We have access to over 200,000 products, some of which are extremely heavy or large. As you could imagine, we would need a humongous warehouse to store these items. We are committed to providing quality, luxurious bathroom products at a great price. Thank you for your patience and we hope to see you again.

Long lead time and wrong item arrived. Lucky I checked otherwise builder would of installed it. Replaced a few days later.

Delivered quickly, we ordered the wrong size radiator and they wouldn't let us exchange 4 days after the 14 days so just insure you check everything before the 14 days are up.
