Good customer support service from Bathroom Village., always helpful and responded as promised. Very badly let down by the Courier service -took over a week to deliver from date of BV dispatching , failed to deliver when promised and wasted many days waiting in for delivery which simply did not arrive

Product well wrapped. However, clearly wasn't in stock even though the website indicated it was available. I did get a phone call after a week, to report another week's delay but it still took 3wks to arrive. I would have bought a different product if I'd known.

Just to clarify, we don't claim to hold everything in stock. This is why we give a delivery period of 7 - 10 working days on all orders. Very rarely are these times exceeded. Unfortunately however, it seems on this occasion, that happened to be the case - we'd like to offer you our apologise and hope that the products were worth the wait.

Good communication, sadly the courier was a bit rubbish - delivered to wrong house, lied about where they had left parcel (in our porch - neither the house where he delivered to nor our house have a porch!). Bathroom village is good, just need to change the courier they use! Box was excessively large for goods though.

Good website. Relatively slow delivery and I didn't feel very well informed whilst waiting for the order to be confirmed and the delivery to be arranged. Direct communications with the logistics company was okay but no early warning that I would be responsible for unpacking and checking the mirror before the delivery driver could leave was given. As a result, the delivery driver asked me to sign for the package which I did and then on unpacking it, I found minor damage.

Hi there, Thanks for the feedback we do quote 10-14 days for delivery so I hope it was delivered within this time frame for you. We recommend checking all goods when you receive them but do give you 14 days to check over for any damages. Hope the mirrors all fitted and working now!

The incorrect tray was delivered with the enclosure. I think this was Merlyn's fault as the label said 900 whereas the tray was 800.

Unfortunately item arrived damaged, involved a lot of phone calls to sort delivery or new item and collection of old, which was a drag, but most of the people I spoke to were pretty helpful.

Very good overall. Only real issue was that the automatic emails never seemed to arrive in my inbox, which meant I had to call them for assistance. Good value for money.

Service was very good. Particularly, when I mistakenly ordered one less door knob than I actually needed. After a phone call, I quickly received the extra one. Just one problem, the fixing screw was not supplied. But managed to find one at home.
