“Service was very good. Particularly, when I mistakenly ordered one less door knob than I actually needed. After a phone call, I quickly received the extra one. Just one problem, the fixing screw was not supplied. But managed to find one at home.”

“Good website. Relatively slow delivery and I didn't feel very well informed whilst waiting for the order to be confirmed and the delivery to be arranged. Direct communications with the logistics company was okay but no early warning that I would be responsible for unpacking and checking the mirror before the delivery driver could leave was given. As a result, the delivery driver asked me to sign for the package which I did and then on unpacking it, I found minor damage.”

Hi there, Thanks for the feedback we do quote 10-14 days for delivery so I hope it was delivered within this time frame for you. We recommend checking all goods when you receive them but do give you 14 days to check over for any damages. Hope the mirrors all fitted and working now!

“Whilst a prompt service and excellent product, it was disappointing that no consideration was given to the logistics for delivery. To engage a courier with one (woman) driver to deliver a cast iron bath was completely unreasonable. The driver was unable to assist, indicating that the load was too heavy for her to shift. Fortunately, workmen were on site to help but had that not been the case, the delivery would not have been possible. In future, further enquiries should be made when dispatch is being confirmed with the customer.”

Thanks for your feedback on the delivery we'll be sure to pass it on to the courier we use who arrange the delivery on our behalf. All deliveries are of a curbside nature and should be arranged beforehand by them. Hope your enjoying your Hampton Bath!

“Online purchase was easy. The web site indicated 10-14 days delivery, but on completing the purchase it was said the delivery might be much sooner, and I would be given an email with tracking info. I did not get this, and, as we were away from home, delivery was attempted twice by TNT who had to contact me by telephone. Only then was I able to make appropriate arrangements. I think it would be helpful for the web site to indicate that delivery of standard items may be delivered very quickly. This may stop people going away from home thinking delivery will be in 10 or 14 days time! Otherwise the whole process was excellent, and I would recommend this company to friends and family.”

“Bathroom Village processed my order quickly but I was confused with the generic order confirmation which displays a standard order delivery of two to three weeks as I was promised 2 to 3 days. The order did arrive as promised.”

You are right 90% of our stuff usually comes in with 3-5 days however some brands have much slower delivery times, so we have to put the longer date just in case. We are sorry to hear about the valve issue, we are working with Heritage to see if we can stop this happening in the future.
