Shipping is far too expensive at £25 for a lightweight shower rail.

Hi Katie. We're sorry that you feel our delivery charge was too expensive, however, you accepted the charges when placing your order... Delivery charges are something we try to keep as low as possible but your comments will be passed on and we shall look into ways we can offer a cheaper option for people like yourself in the future.

The failure to inform me of delivery day, despite being informed I would be told, resulted in my having to cancel celebration arrangements. I reported this to bathroom village who apologised but no amount of apologies could repair the disruption caused.

Incorrectly addressed consignment caused my delivery to be attempted 3 times - at great cost & frustration to me. Courier company would not communicate with me due to data protection but Customer Service department's interventions at Bathroom Village seemed lame and ineffective.

Customer service poor, promised refund not made when we were told it had been. Countless emails and telephone conversations needed to sort out problem. Wrong product delivered as website had been set up incorrectly

Delivery took a very long time. The order was dispatched a week later than promised on the phone, even though everything was in the warehouse. I had to chase them multiple times to get them to dispatch the order. The delivery company used was equally poor. I had to return one of the items because I accidentally ordered the wrong type, I'll see how quickly the refund arrives. I would have exchanged rather than asking for a refund but the builders are already here and I knew I could rely on another company I used to deliver on time, but not Bathroom Village.

Tool nearly one month to get delivery of items. Appreciate Christmas and anew year in that time but still excessive wait. Delivery dee much higher than comparable services.

We've taken a look back at the order, and feel that we delivered your order in the time scale stated in our terms and conditions. We're sorry if you feel that this time was longer than your requirements. But we do hope you're now enjoying your accessories from Miller.

Delivery people had the item in their warehouse for nearly 2 weeks and it was only when I chased the order that they contacted me. Also advised them that it needed to arrive before 4pm as it was to a building site and the builders would leave at 4pm. At 5.15 I received a call saying the site was in darkness. Luckily the delivery guy managed to get approval to leave it in a safe place and we arrange for some one to go back and move it to a secure area.

We're sorry to hear that the delivery service we used in this instance wasn't up to scratch - we are looking into this incident and are currently arranging a timed delivery option, which would be well suited in this instance. Extortionate delivery fees for what I ordered, but I couldn't find those goods elsewhere and I do not live near a store

Initial ordering process online was ok, although there was no facility to track my order, nor was I supplied with a courier tracking number. When the item arrived, it was strapped to a wooden pallet with no padding between, and just a thin layer of bubble wrap around everything else. As it came off the van it was obvious the whole thing was smashed and so I refused to accept delivery. I contacted Bathroom Village and requested a next day replacement (as I had a plumber booked in for the next day) they were unable to do this so I requested a refund. I was told a refund would be made to the card used for purchase. After a week, there was still no refund, so I called again. I was told that the refund had been processed and a cheque had been sent out that day (Friday) by first class post and I would receive it on Saturday. On the following Tuesday, I finally received a cheque that, according to the postmark, had been sent second class and hadn't been posted until Monday.

Quite a few things to go through here! We sincerely apologise for the state the toilet was in upon delivery. We are currently investigating ways to improve our packaging of VitrA products as they are delivered to us unboxed and unwrapped. With regards to the refund, we're now investing in ways to improve our procedures to get them out to our customers faster than before. We can only apologise for the miscommunication and delay. On this occasion customer service was poor because of lack of info. After a month I had to phone and email to find out my order was held up because of stock issues. Previously I had dealt with Alex who was extremely good with keeping me up to date.

Product was delayed an number of times, each time a date was given for its arrival which wasn't met, causing problems on site liaising with builders. I had to call each time to get the next expected date.

Item was delivered quickly with good notice. However there was no mention of the delivery to be kerbside only. This was unexpected as we had ordered from them before and that item was brought into the house. This caused great inconvenience as only one person was at home to receive an item which need at least two to carry. Consequently the item was left out in the rain for a considerable time blocking the path and driveway.

First bath arrived with scratches. It took 1.5 weeks to get a new one and it took phone calls to get it sorted out. Too much hassle for something which was not my fault.

Unfortunately the delivery was 4 times postponed in been in the end more than 2 Month which meant I required to reschedule the work to fit it.

Not clear from pictures on site or description whether the Right hand sided door slid from the right or to the right. Also the dimensions were wrong on the site which meant that my builder build a wall too small. When the door arrived it had slightly smaller measurements on the box and also in the technical instructions on the BV website. Not sure why it is called 1200 door in the main description as it's not 1200.

Thanks for the feedback. We will look into making the information on the website clearer for future customers. Unfortunately, shower door sizing is not as simple as it appears. Doors are sized to match their corresponding trays. So, in this instance a 1200mm door would fit a 1200mm tray. We hope everything eventually got sorted, and that you're now enjoying your Merlyn 10 Shower.

There internet site does not work properly. I tried my best to order from them because they delivered the first order efficiently, unfortunately, the order created errors of unknown nature and I had to buy elsewhere.
