“Love the product, and the customer service has been fantastic. Only marked 4stars instead of 5 because we had a couple of issues:- - two shelves were shattered on delivery - Bluetooth turning off when right hand door opened Both issues addressed immediately with replacement parts delivered within the week. Will definitely use again.”

“I'm afraid I had a very poor level of communication from Bathroom Village when the items I ordered were out of stock. It took numerous phone calls before I managed to resolve the situation, and the first lady I spoke to was actually quite rude.”

“Choosing our three bathrooms was a lovely experience. A very helpful sales man. But that was the end. Paid in full 1st March 2019. It is now 23rd. Yesterday I was told that it had been delivered. How can three bathrooms be packed into two small boxes? I am still waiting with no explanation or contact from the supplier.”

“I’ve had 2 separate orders from Bathroom Village over the last few months. One had a lot of items from Crosswater and the other was for a couple of extraction fans. With both orders the delivery time was much longer than advertised (min 3 weeks). All items showed as available when I ordered and were advertised as up to 5 working days for delivery. I needed to chase both deliveries and the answer was also due to a delay with the supplier. This was frustrating but being fair, the items were good quality and cheaper than other websites - just don’t order if you are in a rush would be my suggestion.”

“Long time resolving tap that was unfit for purpose. No consideration given to cost of fitting and weeks of inconvenience. Was refunded cost of purchase but still have inadequate tap. Will have to replace and pay for removal and fitting of new one.”

“Good quality items but specifically requested brown fascia as opposed to white for ceiling shower fan/light but still received white.”

Michael, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry, but we are unable to find a brown fascia associated with this product in the manufacturer's brochure. They appear to only be available in two colours. Feel free to give us a call I'm sure we can find an alternative.

“I have received the items late and even came with missing parts. And i’m Still waiting for the parts. The email reply has not been prompt enough, so I don’t know if the missing parts will enventually come in.”
