“My experience with Bathroom Village has been fantastic. Their Customer Service team are very friendly and efficient, I had an issue with my order and without any fuss or delay they instantly rectified the problem. Very easy to deal with and their prices were the most competitive. I bought a large Crosswater range from them for 3 bathrooms, their price came out cheaper than other retailers for the same product. It makes such a difference when you deal with a company who have such a great Customer Service Team. I will definitely purchase through them again and have recommended them to friends and family. I need to complete my bathrooms and will definitely use Bathroom Village.”

“Had a problem with the same product being damage (in storage or transit) twice. Bathroom village dealt with it each time immediately without quibble and sent replacement. Excellent service. Undamaged product is excellent.”

“Nice cabinet but arrived with only one wall bracket should have had 2, I contacted you sent a picture of bracket, got 2 of the mounting adjuster, So I went to local joiner and bought 2 brackets for a kitchen cupboard and used them a lot easier than trying to get the right thing from you”

“It took 4 weeks to deliver a shower screen and i was not notified of any delays, when I tried to call no answer. When I finally got through they advised it arrived damged, they could of delivered 3 in this time. As the shower screen was going to be late I had to pay extra for the other items to be delivered in time so the bathroom fitter could get on and I had a usable bathroom again. Good quality products but a diabolical service. If you are planning on updating your bathroom next year then order now, if you don't plan that far ahead like me then stay clear. Hope this helps”

“Ordered bathroom accessories. I quickly received an email advising there was a delay in stock being available with the option to cancel the order. As I’d ordered well in advance I kept the order in place. Items arrived when advised in perfect condition and I was very happy with the items, the prices and the service.”

“Bathroom Village has an extensive range of branded products and are very competitive on price. We qualified for free delivery but unfortunately all items were damaged on arrival. Bathroom Village was excellent, after sending in a few photographs they replaced every item for us. The second delivery was perfect. We are still to install the items so the delay in receiving the second delivery was not an issue for us.”

“Very professional. There was an item missing from my order, however they sorted it out immediately and I received the goods the very next day. Excellent service and the staff were very polite. I would defiantly use this company again.”

“Out of three lots of bathroom suppliers recently used these were by far the worst. Part delivery of an order, no updates, delivery of wrong items and non matching units combined with the inability to speak with the correct department to rectify and parts being sourced from all over the country made the whole experience stressful and not yet resolved! Would not recommend 😶”
