“My experience with Bathroom Village has been fantastic. Their Customer Service team are very friendly and efficient, I had an issue with my order and without any fuss or delay they instantly rectified the problem. Very easy to deal with and their prices were the most competitive. I bought a large Crosswater range from them for 3 bathrooms, their price came out cheaper than other retailers for the same product. It makes such a difference when you deal with a company who have such a great Customer Service Team. I will definitely purchase through them again and have recommended them to friends and family. I need to complete my bathrooms and will definitely use Bathroom Village.”

“Had a problem with the same product being damage (in storage or transit) twice. Bathroom village dealt with it each time immediately without quibble and sent replacement. Excellent service. Undamaged product is excellent.”

“Ordered bathroom accessories. I quickly received an email advising there was a delay in stock being available with the option to cancel the order. As I’d ordered well in advance I kept the order in place. Items arrived when advised in perfect condition and I was very happy with the items, the prices and the service.”

“Can’t thank you enough. Good communications I would go as far as to say a personal touch which is not something you experience usually with online stores. Beautiful products and literally saved hundreds on our new bathroom by shopping with you instead of Victorian Plumbing. Really grateful for your help putting things right when your supplier had a mishap with his first attempt at delivering our purchases and looking forward to receiving them on our agreed delivery date.
