“I have two items from bershka, one I bought in t.k maxx and one I bought on the actual bershka website, the one purchased from t.k maxx was a little green denim jacket, it fits so so well and is super flattering, and the other being some jeans. The jeans are the very definition of jeans that 'just jean'. I love them, I also love bershka sizing! For the jeans I bought them in a size larger than I normally wear as the jeans were supposed to be high rise but I wanted them to be low rise I can however imagine they would still be the perfect size if I wore them in the way they were supposed to be worn. Another thing I love about Bershka is their teen line because as a teen I find finding clothes that fit immensely tiresome!! So the fact that bershka has a teen line is just perfect. The sizing (I believe) is no different to women's but the proportions are just more suited to teens and the items aren't as long. Also their products are the perfect price (in my opinion). Also free shipping!!!!😍😍”

“Belfast, Victoria Square store. Staff member would not allow me to have the top off the mannequin which was the last one in the size I needed. Online it says that the store had size small in stock so I went to the store to find that the only size left was on the mannequin. Employees obviously just too lazy to change the mannequin and would rather lose out on a sale altogether than change it.”

“They sent me the package with PostNL. Post NL lost my package but they said they delivered it to me. Lie Post NL. Berska sent me a form where I have to send my signature from an official document !!?? I had the same experience with Post NL at Amazon. Amazon gave me my money back with no discussion, no form. DO NOT BUY FROM BERSKA, DO NOT WORK WITH POST NL !!!”

“Extremely poor staff behavior that doesn’t know the basics of customer service! Stupid rules as the guy on cashier try to explained me, that no one else in the market has !!! I removed the price tag to wear the dress & i noticed 2 tears in the dress. I was honest & not the tag back to the dress & the sales guy told me its rule that when you remove the tag they can’t exchange or refund & he can’t break the rules !!!??? Seriously ?! I would never step in to this cheap shop that doesn’t know anything about value & service. Super cheap staff this company hired to probably reduce their cost.”

“When I went to the store in Oxford street london, there was one employee who looked like he had experience and another one with a mic on that didnt know what exactly she was supposed to do and had the audacity to be standoffish! I received one package when I was supposed to receive two! When I confronted the employee he stated that I have to watsapp or call their services. How does a company with such magnitude not have a proper email address? Their watsapp is managed by a robot that literally asks the same questions and keeps going in circles... their customer service never picks up and is closed by 5pm and I have yet to receive any news about my other package. I will never purchase anything from Bershka”

“Returned a parcel, 7 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund, customer service just say the same thing to me that they are looking into it even though I have proof of refund receipt …. Absolutely disgraceful , in all my years of online shopping I have never known the likes of this … I will keep reviewing until my refund is back in my bank !!!!!!!!! Disgraceful … don’t buy unless you know you definitely want garment”
