Brought from Boux and needed to return part of my order. Unfortunately fell quite poorly with covid and was by law unable to leave the house. Return period passed. Explained the reasons and they have said tough. People have died from this disease and they are saying no to a return that is less then 2 weeks over the expiry.

Hermes stole my delivery from boux Avenue with the proof of delivery photo inside their van (NOT AT MY DOOR). boux Avenue refused to give me a refund and Hermes refused to investigate. boux Avenue said I had to create a crime reference to be able to get a refund. RIDICULOUS service considering I’ve ordered £100’s of pounds worth of stuff from them and never will order again. Looking at the other reviews they consistently do this to paying customers - scammers.

Ordered my partner her Christmas gift two weeks before and Hermes lost it! Have had a replacement sent out and Hermes have somehow lost it again. Boux Avenue's response is that "they are at the mercy of the courier" Not good enough, they are happy to take your Money without supplying a product or by recent reviews not even refunding!

Never received my order for Christmas ordered on the 15th November, after chasing several times. Have now asked twice for a refund and have never received this! It’s now 13th Jan! Appalling company.

I have been waiting since 14th NOVEMBER for the return of payment of a voucher. Have just received my December bank statement and after several promises the money is still not returned. I refer to ref BX06346060. If I don’t get my money back before this weekend you will find me standing outside your shop in Birmingham.

Terrible service. Goods never arrived in time for Xmas despite ordering in plenty of time. Chased but they never responded, finally after spending an hour in a phone queue they owned up that the food had been returned to them by the courier and where unable to ship a replacement in time for Xmas. No apology, just said they refund (Still waiting for it). Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Appalling company! Bought wrong item by mistake and cancelled immediately. Still waiting days later for the refund. They claim they don't have the money yet it clearly shows on my bank statement they do. Bought correct item and still waiting days later for a dispatch email despite being told it was ready to ship 2 days ago. Customer service argumentative and no help whatsoever. Have opened a dispute with my bank. Can see this company not surviving much longer the way they treat customers.

Boux Avenue ripped me off! I ordered several bra’s off this company. I’m a cancer survivor so treated myself. I had a Full mastectomy on my right side so struggle with sizes and gaping on my prosthetic side. I kept 3 Bras sent some others back 1 bra came without tags I didn’t think anything of it till I sent it back and now they are refusing to refund or exchange this one because it has no tags even though it arrived this way! If their policy is so strict on tags why was the bra sent to me this way! Now I’m stuck with something I can’t use

What happened to this company? They used to sell good quality, nicely designed bras and a few years ago something changed and they became another company selling trashy-looking cheaply made underwear.

I did placed an order and payed next day delivery just before going away , then been 4 days no delivery, and they can’t contact the courier , I have small baby I choose to do online shopping and less problem but here you are !! No good customer service

Absolutely disappointed in there customers services. I returned an item late by a day or so and they point blank refuse to even give you a credit note. They are returning the items that I sent back to me again. I would definitely not shop with them again.

Tried to do the bra fit online on the website but there's no option NOT to accept cookies, accept them all or you can do nothing! Isn't this illegal? If not it's certainly unacceptable!

Items are not true to size and from cheap fabrics. I had to buy different sizes in different styles. Definitely style over substance. Boux Avenue are quick to take your money, but if there are any issues with your purchase they are slow to process returns, and have an ineffective customer services department. Avoid buying online, get fitted correctly in-store. Preferably from a reputable lingerie brand.

Disgusting, just read about someone who had a similar experience. Sent back the pjs which didn’t fit in perfect condition and being accused of marking them and told they are unsellable. Claimed to attach a photo to support their decision. No I photo attached and no response. Disgusting treatment and I will fight this decision as an honest person I have never in my life been treated so badly by a company and especially in lockdown. Ashamed of audacity and lies.

They're still offering valentines day delivery even though they have cancelled my order placed at the beginning of the week. Let down two days before Valentine's day and I have to wait 5 days for a refund. So disappointed, no contact or further confirmation from customer services... Online it's still showing but email stating it's cancelled. Shocking

Boux Avenue are refusing a refund after several emails. The item was returned because it was too small. Not worn or tried on (as I also ordered a bigger size) They were returned to me with a tiny mark saying they were unfit for resale. I have read other reviews where there is a suspicion of them marking items to refuse refunds. I truly believe this may be the case. The item was opened, looked at and packaged back up. DISGRACEFUL !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THINKING TWICE ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Dreadful service Ordered a bra in their sale, received an email telling me my order was on its way but didn’t receive anything for weeks and no update provided. Only when I queried my order was I told it was lost in transit and no longer available. Ordered another item as a Christmas present so took the price tag off the garment. Then returned it a few days later and again didn’t hear anything about my return for weeks, just an email saying it had been received. Only after I chased was I told that the item was being returned to me as it didn’t have a tag on it. But I had left a tag on it only removed the price tag as it was a present - there are 2 tags their garments. After weeks of arguing my case am being told that no tags were on it which is an absolute lie. I know I can’t return an item from an online order without any tags do returned this because the garment tag was still on it, only price tag removed. So I am ending up getting something I don’t want returned to me and not getting the item I actually wanted. DON’T SHOP AT BOUX AVENUE - DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Made my order on the 21st of December with the promise of it arriving within 5 working days. It's almost the 31st and it was meant to be a birthday gift. The parcel hasn't arrived still and it looks like it'll be no present! Very disappointing and I wouldn't trust their online services!

What people have said before me. First time I have used the online store to buy a Christmas gift for my partner. The process has been awful. Briefly... They lost my order. Spent ages trying to sort it out. Blamed it on Hermes. Then said some of my items weren't available so only some turned up. Didn't gift wrap as requested then said I was lying, showed them my receipt which stated I did ask for it. Bad bad bad. When online shopping is becoming vitual in the world of lockdowns. Boux Avenue need to change their ordering process and customer service team. Awful.
