Bought goods online , they sent an email saying they were no longer in stock and a full refund would be given. There was no refund and this has been going on since 23rd December. Their customer services is a joke. They steal your money!!!!! Worst shop I have ever dealt with. Absolute disgrace!!!

When ordering a matching set it was in stock, I placed the order and paid for next day delivery. 2 days later I rang to query my order and they now said half of the matching set wasn't in stock. So they sent half the set after sending a confirmation email to say they had cancelled it. The call centre (non UK) was very abrupt and on par with the scam call centres in India, huffing at me when I couldn't hear due to being partially death. I would avoid at all costs. Contacting them nearly a month after placing the order, only to be told that my order has been delivered to the wrong address. Refused to help or provide any further details, won't be ordering from here again.

COMPANY IS A SCAM. I had to pay £409 for missing items I did not receive customer service team are the most unhelpful bunch. I would give a 0 star if I could went back and forth for products I didn’t receive and still had to pay. AVOID PURCHASING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.

I bought the backless strapless bra, waste of money after just one wear it lost it's glue. Tried returning it to the store for an exchange but was told it's non refundable and no exchange. They failed to even mention this when I bought the product. I was told at the time of buying it, that it can be exchanged but that was not the case. Deceitful telling me something then retracting!!

This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I went into the store asking for a bra fitting and I was advised that they no longer do these without prior booking online. I was not aware of this neither was it made aware of anywhere in store. I advised that I wanted something comfortable, but I wasn’t sure of my size. Julie, the deputy manager ignored what I was saying and kept Insisting that I help myself. She then advised that if I tried i’m a bra she’d take a look if it fits. I explained I have never been here before and that I don’t know my size. I have only ever brought from Victoria. While she was talking to me she was busy organising different products and rails. She seemed very just interested in helping me from the moment I entered. I explained that I would really need some help, but she told me whilst opening up a draw that I should just have a look myself. Due to this comment I asked her if I could speak to the manager as she was extremely rude to me, she advised that she was the deputy manager. I asked who was the store manager and she said that this was Rav, she then shouted to the back of the store for the store manager. While the store manager was arriving, she kept on getting quite loud and aggressive. I told her numerous of times that I will speak to her manager and I do not want to speak to her. She just would not take no for an answer. She kept getting louder and louder. I asked her to step back from me, but she ignored this request. When Rav arrived, she did nothing to defuse the situation instead went straight in to defend her colleague. I asked the manager if we could step aside to discuss my complaint further, but she said that we were fine where we were. I wanted to be able to make a complaint without the deputy manager being able to hear everything I was saying due to commenting and reacting everything I talked. Every time I tried to talk to the store manager, Julie, the deputy manager kept interrupting. I asked the store manager repeatedly if we could talk in private, but she just kept saying no. Rav, the store manager did not want to hear any other side of the story, but just wanted to defend her colleague. The entire situation got extremely heated due to Julie every five minutes coming into the conversation to defend herself. I felt extremely victimised during this time as it was two employees vs me. Rav was not interested in any other side of the story nor was she interested in diffusing the situation. She allowed the situation to get out of hand and even started being aggressive in defence of herself. Julie then decided that she would come and say she’s calling Securrity and Rav did nothing to stop this. During my conversation with Rav, she was extremely dismissive of any inappropriate behaviour from her or her colleague, Julie kept inciting the conversation, eventually Securrity turned up which was completely unnecessary. As I was getting nowhere with Rav, the store manager I asked about the complaints procedure which I was told I should google. I requested that she take my details and pass them on to her area manager. Even through this process, she was extremely difficult. I merely wanted to be served as a customer and instead because I wanted to make a complaint the staff called security even though they were the ones to create the situation in the firstly place. I am not sure why security was called when I was being peaceful and calm. Julie saw a young, Asian female and automatically assumed that I would be trouble so called security. I was racially profiled by both the security team and the store team. I have never in my life been so disgusted. I have never seen such an abuse of power by staff before. Later I went to talked to security in more detail and Rav the store manger advised that she’d like to ‘ban’ me from the store with out allowing the area manager to investigate fully. This shows an abuse of power yet again. I was denied a fair chance to justify my complaint and I was belittled. I have never been so humiliated in my life by a member of Retail staff. I would advise you not to shop here or send your kids to this store as they may accuse they of something.

Have not received my order 3 weeks after ordering it. They won't refund me either, they keep telling me to wait, but I will cancel the payment with my credit card company today since they are behaving so appallingly. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Placed an order 5 days ago for next day delivery.....paid 4.95 for next day delivery....items never arrived....called customer services only to be told items were out of stock! So when we're they planning on emailing me to advise me of the update??? Still advertising on their website for next day delivery....knowing customers won't be receiving the items fir next day due to courier strikes...and busy periods! DO NOT ADVERTISE ITEMS ON YOUR WEBSITE IF THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK!!!

Theo Pathetic retail group sums this company up. Ordered items for my wife for Christmas over a week ago and they have not even been sent from the warehouse yet ! Chat bot doesn’t work and waited over an hour to get through on the phone only to be furnished with excuses and BS. Received an email today saying you will get the order for Christmas hmmm more BS. Well Theo Pathetic thanks for ruining my wife’s Christmas gifts… like you care !! Do not shop with this company to me they border on fraud.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Item never delivered- tracking keeps getting delayed and after contacting customer services my item is out of stock and order cancelled! Now looks like I’ll have a battle for a refund. They are still advising delivery before Christmas taking peoples money when they know they can not fulfil people’s requests ! Avoid !!!

I purchased a bra, which took an extremely looong time to arrive. Then it didn't fit. When I tried to complete the online form to return it, it said it had been over 28 days. But from the time I got the bra to the time I tried to return it had only been 10 days. They appear to be starting the clock the day they say they shipped it. TOTALLY unfair. What's worse is that when I tried to contact them to see if this could be corrected, I found that all of their contacts on their website don't work (clicked on chat, email, facebook, twitter, instagram...no link worked). I live in the U.S., so I don't want to make an international call costing even more money when I fear they will just tell me I'm out of luck. I find it very hard to believe that they don't know that not one of their contact links work. It seems to me that they don't want to hear from customers. Never using them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.

What bad service. Boux avenue, I will never buy off you again. U have my money but I have no product. I’ve waited at least 2 weeks maybe more and there’s no results. It was meant to be sent by Evri and apparently there was a “delay” and you’ll update me when it’s coming in the next working day. But that was weeks ago. The customer service website is so bad it just says it’s coming soon no help as to where it is atm nothing. Boux avenue better sort itself out, they just lost a customer

ordered some items for my wife's birthday that were said to be dispatched but never were! ordered 11 days prior to her birthday so plenty of time, i never received items so my wife was quite disappointed and i was in the bad books. contacted Boux several times and issue never got sorted and was just given a refund. a waste of time, I'll never place an order with Boux again.

whyat a tragic company, 2.5 weeks sin ce my order, nothing has arrived. told some of my items are out of stock, no refund. emailed to complain, no reply, now stuck on the phone on hold for over half an hour! sad scam company.

Boux Avenue sent my order and informed me that certain products were out of stock. I had to place another order quickly as they were for my wife's birthday at the end of the week. Evri emailed to say that the orders were out for delivery and on 3 occasions lied about trying to deliver (I double checked our CCTV to make sure we didn't miss them). They then twice said that the order was too big and required a specialist courier (for size 6 underwear??). I contacted Boux Avenue who said that Evri were sending the orders back and asked if I would like them re-delivered. 3 hours later I replied and told them yes if they use an alternative courier or deliver to a parcelshop for me to collect. 2 days later I received an email advising me of a refund (this is now 3 weeks after the original order was placed. Customer Services told me it was too late to send them back out now and I would have to re-order everything again then closed the webchat on me. I've been back to the website and none of the products are now listed. I don't know if it was a joke but she offered me £10 worth of points if I signed up for a VIP account. As if I would shop there again! Going to have to work hard to find something else for my wife's birthday present now, especially as it's now 2 weeks late! Please pass on my thanks to your colleagues and line manager for ruining my wife's birthday.

Received items that didn't appear as they did online. Returned them, 2 items not even tried on & received a partial refund. Upon emailing them multiple times my question was answered with a very rude response that I had returned an item damaged and as a consequence they were returning the entire order back? When i received the order back not a single item was marked or damaged? I sent photos to confirm their mistake & was told I was now out of the returns period? Disgraceful service all round.

Brought from Boux and needed to return part of my order. Unfortunately fell quite poorly with covid and was by law unable to leave the house. Return period passed. Explained the reasons and they have said tough. People have died from this disease and they are saying no to a return that is less then 2 weeks over the expiry.
