I am being generous giving a 2. I placed an order in July a personalized anniversary precious moments ornament and at the time of placing was advised it would arrive in 3/4 weeks in time for the anniversary. It didn’t arrive in August after trying to reach then I was advised it would arrive by October 5. Ok I could use it as a birthday gift. It did not arrive in October and was advised I would now receive it November 15, and that I was hear from the appropriate department. Needless to say I did not hear back so I sent another email requesting a shipping update and finally today they respond saying Hi, Thank you for contacting us. I’m sorry we didn’t get to your email soon enough. I checked your account and see that a Customer Service Representative assisted you with this recently. I can see that the order is already cancelled as it was backordered. It is our policy not to charge credit cards/PayPal until your order has been shipped, so your credit card/PayPal has not been charged. If you have any other questions, I’m happy to help. At no point did I cancel the item or was I advised by another representative that it was canceled. I am so disappointed this is terrible customer service and I will never order again.

The product, a welcome mat was ordered at the advertised price of $39.99. Though it said it was part of a set I ordered it. It came in 2 parts in 2 deliveries. Before the 2nd delivery the charged my account $15.00. After the total order arrived my account was charged $49.99, $9.99 ($1.00 more) for shipping and then my tax. The total cost ended up $80.00. Had I known that I would never had ordered.

I order a mother’s ring for my sons grandma with all her grandkids. Got the order on time. Awesome! But the ring is nothing like the picture. The names are tiny and the birthstones are even smaller. I’ll let her make the call on if she wants to return it.

I have subscribed to the Limited edition Mickey Coin Collection. Every coin that arrives is scratched , and I have to return them for a replacement, and even some of the replacements are scratched and need to be returned !!!!! I have notified them numerous times and they just don’t give seem to care and blame the postal service . There is no quality control . There is no customer care . Would not recommend anyone to purchase their goods ? Hugely disappointing customer care .

Ordered product in July and very happy. However, in August found a withdrawal from my credit card. I called and was told a subscription produce was being sent unrequested. I sent it back when arrived. It took 3 emails and 2 calls before getting a refund today. The company immediately withdrawals money but isn’t prompt in processing credits.
