I had one minor issue paying off an order 4/5 years ago due to losing my job and now I can't order at all from them (the order was paid off eventually and I apologised profusely at the time). My credit is good, I'm working, there would be no issues paying this time. 'Nina' was less than helpful, not to mention rude. They won't change their stance. The order was going to be for my daughters birthday. I personally do not like their dolls as they never look anything like the pictures on the website.

I bought one item that happened to be part of a collection for my mom's Christmas,a couple weeks later,I was sent another item I did not pay for part of the same collection but I didn't think anything of it cuz the bill that came with it said it was paid for and acted like I won it for free,and then just yesterday,I was billed for it So I'm assuming I was automatically subscribed to paying for the whole collection without consent and now I never want to buy from this money stealing company again

Awful. I clicked free shipping and then at the end onvmce I pressed to confirm my order somehow my total is 3 times the cost of the checks on my order reciept.They add a handling fee plus a security fee after the fact. Wowwwww! This is deceitful. I never authorized 3 times the amount of my checks. So I call the customer service number immediately- no one answers.

This company sucks.screwed up my wife's Christmas.this is the most horrible company in the world.don.t see how they stay in business.beware they will lie to you and screw you. Customer service is horrible.

Have called 4 times.they billed for there rewards program and I cancelled and still have not received my refund..worst company to deal with.paid with pay pal and still can't get no results.never again..

Vile thieving company!! I wish I had read these reviews before making purchases. Even after canceling my ‘membership’ they continued to take two further months of subscription payments. I can’t stress this enough, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORROR OF A COMPANY!!!

I purchased 2 box of plain standard single page checks for $5.99. I did standard shipping & handling for $2.95 and tax was to be .63 cents for a grand total of $9.57. This was the amount quoted to me when I placed the order online. This was the amount am email sent to me a day later said. Imagine my surprise when they took $27.18 out of my bank account. When I called customer service they said well you ordered 7 years ago and since you ordered once in the past it costs much more. I asked why that wasn't quoted to me on the follow up email stating what they would be charging and they had no answere...but the checks have been mailed so toolate so sorry. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said it would b a long wait...I said that is perfectly fine. After a half hour she came back and acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up. I can't give a low enough rating for this company!

Avoid! If you order anything from them they will store your card details and they will charge you regularly for items you didn't order and you didn't receive. I am in the process of making a complaint to Traiding Standards against them as their customer service is useless and despite saying that they will delete all my personal details they have, they still trying to still money from my bank account and sending letters with new orders which I have never ordered or received.

My husband ordered me the Alice in wonderland coo coo clock for a Christmas gift. He was notified it would be delayed until Jan. Okay understandable I guess. Then in Jan he gets a notice it is delayed until April. After multiple email attempts since that is the only way to talk to someone. You get an automatic response about free shipping and a discount for the inconvenience. I asked for someone to call me. Never happened. Needless to say I don't have my clock and will encourage everyone to not purchase from here. Please stop sending flyers of merchandise your company cannot fulfill. Thanks for nothing

This is a horrible company that is impossible to deal with. They offer free shipping but have their website set up so that it is so frustrating that people give and pay. Don’t buy from this company. There are lots of other company’s a person can go to and be treated fairly.

ordered a necklace with both names on the heart, its nothing like the picture in the ad. the names are so tiny I need a magnifying glass to see the names. What a waste of money.

I have been trying to cancel a subscription plan as they are charging me 86 per item when it was supposed to be 43. I have filled out their online form and tried to call. You can’t email them so there is no proof that you have tried to contact them at all. Very frustrating.

Purchased one item received and the later received items I never ordered or got. Now I have a company chasing me for money, they can't send me prove I ordered them or can't send me prove they even delivered them. Stay away

You take WAY too long to send/ship any product that is ordered from your company. Do you only have 1 employee? You are located in the US....what on earth could take so long? I've received personalized items from China faster. I ordered 2 items on November 6th, well ahead of the traditional holiday shopping season, and your website said I could receive as early as November 22nd. That was a complete lie. When I emailed for an update on November 20th, you stated it would take at least 4 weeks to arrive. A total lack of customer service and a complete case of false advertising to get people to place orders. The items finally arrived on December 7th and neither one was worth the wait. Never again.

I received a broken item. I shipped it back to them within 2 hours of receiving it and it's been 2 weeks, they say they haven't received it yet they had me ship it USPS bulk mail with no tracking!

Gift bought from my mother shortly before she passed away, less than 2 years after I received her gift the bracelet is tarnished and the silver has worn off. I contacted customer service and received a big standard reply saying that the 120 days had passed. To think that a huge has a shelf life if less than 6 months is shocking. Would never consider purchasing anything from this company.

I ordered online, the 2nd screen appeared indicating I was now eligible for FREE shipping, I pressed the button,,, next thing my account was debited for two items of the same. They have had days to reply to my email request to return one,,, with no response. Very confusing web page. Please answer my email as stated within 3/5 working days.
