Avoid avoid avoid. This is a thieving company wanting to steal your money. Legit scammers. Seriously, pay extra and book directly with the airline and save yourself a mountain of headaches. Luckily my bank got me my money back because these folks were trying to hold on to it very hard. Avoid.

Short story is pay more vuy from a reliable website . If you like more headaches buy from budgetair. No customers service no respect. Just nothing . Not sure why they are still in the market with this trible service.

BudgetAir is a SCAM! Our flights were cancelled due to the red list placed on our country. Our flights were rescheduled without our consent to dates not allowed by our country. We have tried to reach BudgetAir over FB, email, phone and have had no response in over 6 months. This is a SCAM company that steals money and has no customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I cannot believe that I was scammed by what appeared to be a legitimate company. Take your money, change or cancel your flights and then there is literally no way to contact them. Expensive lesson to learn

Its a scam!!!!!!! Please don't book from this website, i booked it yesterday only they deducted my money and send me email by saying they will provide me tickets in pdf with in 24 hours and after 12 hours i am receiving a email saying sorry unfortunately we are enable to book your seats for this flight. They guys are doing scam and no replies on email as well, they are not doing a right thing yo us , this is hard earned money , god will surely take justice for this.

I wish i can give them 0 star review instead one ..never ever buy tickets from them ...they cancel return flights without giving you option to change the date and dont refund you your money either...if you try to contact them that's 70 minutes wait to get contacted for online chat and i waited 70 minutes noone came online to assist to me.Plz

Worst experience ever. Changed my flight without approval, then blamed me that I changed flight on my own with airlines (I wish I could do it!). When wanted to fix the connection, it was a ping-pong game with new excuses every 24h when they promised to contact me and it has never happened. I have a flight in few days, trying to proceed with change for the last 10 days and I was put on hold for another 24h... I dare to say it is SCAM level company to be sued for wasting people time and inappropriate market ethics.

I will never use this service again. The customer service is trash and the company is as crooked as they come. It is not worth it to save a couple bucks to use them. Please stay away.

This site is a scam Having had my return flight final leg cancelled by the airline and having had them send me a note apologising and confirming I was entitled to a refund, I have tried to get in touch with this company but its impossible They refuse to answer my emails, they don't pick up the phone, they are effectively thieves

When booking through agents, they will tell you the price may vary based on the exchange rate. But when BudgetAir invoice you, they specific indicate "The following products will be charged directly by the charging companies in the following currencies" (CAD in my case), with this statement, I assume if I pay with CAD Credit Card, there will be no exchange happen. Assumption is not reliable. Apparently their charging companies don't always charge you in the currencies as they mentioned, exchange happened and you have to pay for extra amount. When I tried to reach out to their customer service, first they directed to Westjet, after that they told me is my bank's problem... At the end, customer service told me, that their website is based in the States, so there is currency exchange and you can hang up the phone now. I am confused, BudgetAir, you said you will charge me in CAD, what's the point of giving false statement at the first place?

Disgusting fraudsters. After a year trying to get a refund on flights that budget air failed to book I am still waiting. Emails and phone calls unanswered. And any minimal contact is met by false claims and various excuses. Disgusting company that’s our to cheat and steal. Avoid avoid avoid

Non existing service They send me wrong reservation-id for Ryanair Flight which prevented me in making mandatory online checkin. It is just impossible to get throught to customer service including the ‘emergency’ phone number.

Very poor experience. Not only did they cancel my booking because of some error on their side (which led to me having to pay double for my flights), they have been dodging my my emails about the refund with multiple different reference numbers. Customer service seems unreachable. Very frustrating.
