“Rubbish company, sells euro (LHD) car parts into the UK, so a lot of parts incompatible with UK cats. Passenger side mirror i purchases turns out to be euro drivers mirror so viewing angles all wrong. The part had to be fitted in order to find this out. There response is i should of read the item description and also added my VIN number. Just re checked web site and the description does not anywhere say LHD only , or not suitable for UK (rhd) cars. Also no option to add the vin number. They will now not accept return, w en though it is them at fault by supplying me with wrong part. Rip off merchants from afar hiding behing a UK web site. Do not use them,”

“If you're not in a hurry and can accept a third-party spare (i.e. not original manufacturer branded) then they might be OK. I ordered a taillight for a BMW - identified it OK on the buycarparts app. When it came it wasn't a BMW part and didn't match the other side. They don't say this on their site. The return process has been OK - it took about 5 days for the DHL label to come through and the instructions are very clear (Brexit and all). So it looks like they're trying to improve their service.”

This firm is based in Germany not readily apparent from the website.
I ordered a replacement wing mirror I took great care in ordering the correct side they are in reverse on the site, diagrams of the vehicles depicted from the front, so drivers side that I wanted was left hand side.
Passenger side was sent after ten days or so, after many emails they said I was allowed to send it back at my expense!
I was also told they don't stock the drivers side!! And they don't guarantee to send the right part!!
Fine if they send you the right part, on Trust Pilot averages it seems you have a 30% chance of them getting it wrong, that is woefully high for any business.
They don't really seem to care, what can you do?
You could pay and send it back no guarantees they will refund. My advice would be don't take the risk order UK even if it is more expensive.

I ordered the part based on their recommendation with confidence knowing it would have been the correct part. I paid the mechanic to install the part only to realise it was the wrong part. “Absolute disgrace. Ordered parts that were in stock and was told 4-5 working days for delivery, this I've now been told will be more like 8-10 working days. The tracking number still says they haven't received my items after 5 days. I called them and was lied to several times, saying the items had been handed to the transport company but then told me they didn't hand it over until the day after, on a Saturday which I had already been told they only work on weekdays. If I had known this company was run by Autodoc there is no way in hell I would have used them as I have had the same problems before, which I reviewed and they tried to have taken down several times. “I ordered coil springs and shock absorbers. The coil springs fitted no problem, the shock absorbers while stating they were for my car had the wrong seals, so I had to re-use the old ones.
My biggest gripe is this site pretends to be UK based when it is German so there's a very long delivery time (mine was about 10 days) and it's uneconomical to return parts. I could make my ordered parts work with a bit of lateral thinking but I wouldn't order from them again.”

I was under the impression that this was UK based but found out it is in Germany and that my order was being sent from Germany not as I expected.
I received an email confirmation that my parcel could not be delivered (on 07/05/2020) due to address information so I had to contact the parcel centre to organise my own delivery. When I received my order, I was disappointed. Firstly, with a clear fragile sign on the box you would think care would be taken with the parcel, but it arrived damaged and partially opened. Upon checking through the box, I noticed half of my order was incorrect and I had been sent cheaper alternatives than I paid for against my will. This is misleading and deliberately cheating customers.
I emailed the company straight away and explained what happened and that I wanted to receive my order and the items I had paid for not cheaper alternatives. This was without notification and secondly my original desired items were in stock as shown on buycarparts.co.uk so they had no reason to send different brands and alternatives. Item replaced with an alternative could be a mistake but more than does not seem right or honest. They had stolen this from me.
The delay in replying caused more frustration as I needed the correct items, I had ordered to fit to my car for eg break pads which are an important part of the function of a car and needed to be changed soon! I would have had these in good time if there was good communication.
Finally, 21/05/2020 I received an email to from buycarparts.co.uk stating I should list the items I claimed were not the ones I ordered and what I wanted to return. I replied with all the information.
They replied and disregarded most of what I had told them (the list of items missing, not received and the alternatives they sent that I did not and could not use).To make matters worse, my break pads in my car came out whilst I was driving and witnessed by a driver I almost hit. Luckily, I was not driving more than 30 mph or could have been a different matter. If I had received the parts I ordered without delaying, this could have been avoided .
During my communication or lack there of, I had been transferred to different departments twice causing more delay and going round in circles. On the 25/05/20 I received an email from buycarparts.co.uk , to offer me a return label to send back the parts I did not order to receive a refund. The compensation they offer 2% discount on my next order , which does not cover this whole inconvenience and stress caused by their negligence.I have lost faith in my order being resolved due to the delays. I am also a key worker and during this time the most I need my car especially to go to work to look after vulnerable people during this difficult times. I was forced to use the cheaper low quality parts and products which again I did not agree about. This is why I already opened a complaint at ECC and PayPal

This company I ordered in good faith a set of tyres ,order no 31173628 so a genuine sale however they could not guarantee if the tyres would be here within a month as they were coming from Germany ( even though it is a co.uk website it’s based in Germany ,so I requested a cancellation but the sales person point blank refused to cancel the order and told me I had to have the tyres however I had already repurchased them .ive has Blatant lies from the sales team saying they had already been dispatched which I know they hadn’t i eventually had an email confirming my order was cancelled and a refund would be issued within 48 hours ,I waited a week and then rang today only to find out the order had been reactivated “by mistake” I’ve now apparently got to wait for the tyres to arrive then send them back at my own cost and then wait again for a refund , which by all account is a further 1-2 months to wait some customers never see a refund shocking service and blatant lies from this company I have emails to back up my comments”

They have a reputation of telling you the part is ok for your car when it is not
