“Gemma emailed after delivery of some trees asking if they were ok and if I needed any advice so I asked about peach leaf curl and she got back to me within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service and trees arrive well packaged.”

“Plum tree arrived exactly on time and very well packaged. A week later I was contacted by company to check that all was as expected. Now it's down to me to look after it! Would highly recommend this company for excellent service and, hopefully, top quality goods. W. Croall”

“This is the first time I've ordered or planted a fruit tree. Therefore, the guide to choosing the right tree on the website was really helpful (different rootstocks, when it fruits, if it is self-fertile etc). There are also some simple planting instructions on the website, which again I found helpful and easy to follow. When the tree arrived it was well packed and easy to plant. The tree is smaller than those sold in my local garden centre, but is also a lot cheaper and I know I have been able to choose one that will suit the spot in my garden well! The customer service experience has been excellent. Overall highly recommended to anyone looking for a fruit tree.”

“The order was received on time with no fuss. The courier gave good updates, was on time and placed the trees exactly where we asked. I was impressed with how well packaged the trees were with the added bonus of some extra hay for my compost bin! They are now safely planted and I am looking forward to eating the fruit when established in a couple of years”

“Bareroot Standard Gooseberry arrived very well packaged and looking good tho hard to tell when it’s bareroot. Planted out immediately and am hoping for signs of life and a great result next spring. Good customer service and offers of further advice, care etc. All positive so far!”

“Great choice of trees. Purchased 8 bare root tree. Packaging was excellent , fully protected. Delivery to Aberdeenshire within 3days of dispatch , which is good considering it was either side of weekend. Will use the company again, choosing soft fruit varieties next time.”

“I ordered raspberry, gooseberry and blueberry cordons. The plants arrived on time and were the best packaged plants I've ever received. And I buy a lot of plants. The cordons look good, strong and healthy. To top it all off, I received a lovely follow up e-mail checking they had arrived safely and that I was happy with them and to call if I needed any further advice. Really lovely customer service and I was left feeling that these guys take real pride in their work. I never write reviews but I did for them. Thank you guys. PS Wanted to add photos but it wouldn't upload them.”

“Best quality healthy fruit trees on the market. Beth pear tree amazing quality very impressive. Invincible pear tree comming on very nicely after 10 months so healthy. Scarlet pimpernel apple very healthy rootstock. I would advise anyone to buy their fruit trees from Chris Bowers. I have tried other growers so I can honestly say Chris Bowers are the far superior root stock trees.”

“My Damson tree and strawberry plants arrived in tip top conditio. even though the tree was bare root sythey were packed beautifully with lots of care. Great customer service. This company got a great review from one of the womans weekly magazines recently hence I chose them.”
