“David was the salesman who had helped me today, he was extremely helpful and was so understanding of my needs, he exactly knew what I had wanted, and showed me a few items of footwear. I asked him to be honest and give me his opinion as being a nurse and on my feet all day it mattered a lot to me. David was exceptional and was straightforward which made it easier for me to which footwear woudl benefit me. Excellent customer service. Keeping it real and I felt very valued.”

“Visited the Westfield Stratford branch and bought two pairs of lovely shoes at great prices, especially one pair in the sale. The service in there was really great, despite how busy it was. The cashier was friendly and helpful, offering products which may be of interest to me. Worth a visit.”

“Barnstaple branch last Saturday. Brilliant assistant was helpful without being ‘pushy’ and also encouraging. Bought sketchers trainers and also insoles at assistants suggestion. Both of which are extremely comfortable even after 8 mile walk. Also took advantage of water proofing service Love the shop layout and time to browse and try on without constant bombardment from assistants though they are there to help if asked My third happy purchase and will be back”

“I have shopped in Deichmann many times and been extremely pleased but yesterday in the Southend, Essex shop there were two young girls behind the counter. One was serving a man and the other was just standing there. I went up to the counter and she said she wasn't serving and started to 'tidy' and break boxes and move things around. I had to wait some time for the man to be served. It seems 'tidying up' is more important than serving customers. I was just about to dump my three boxes of shoes and go when the man left. Bad customer service!!!!!”

“Soo happy at Bexleyheath shop at the weekend , bought some lovely sandals for my upcoming cruise and so comfy!! Always go there for lots of choice and looking round and trying on without someone worrying you to buy”
