“I recently ordered 2 pairs of trainers. One pair arrived by their designated courier, Hermes. The other pair I am still awaiting. I have tried numerous times to telephone Diechmann customer services but it always ends up with an automated message stating all advisors are busy and to email instead.
I have emailed twice and received no reply whatsoever. It is very poor customer service and this is my first time shopping with Deichmann, and it will be my last. So now I have to contact my credit card provider and start the refund process for non receipt of goods which I have paid for.”
“Actually I am very fond of buying ur products n over the last month have purchased over 200£ , but behaviour of your staff appalled me at St Anne's shopping centre at Harrow on the hill.....the sp called supervisor Viviana by name was so rude n egoistic....cos the pair we had chosen had 2 minor defects another staff by the name of Monica offered us a 10% discount as that was the only pair they had ...n told me to go to the till n pay....the so called supervisor Viviana just got so angry as I mentioned Monica's name n said that she was an ordinary assistant sales person n had no authority to make such decisions...quote...I am the supervisor do u want it day yes or no....n kept repeating yes or no....n there was another staff repsumeably Indian like myself ...she was laughing away n making faces....shame on her to treat her fellow countryman so badly....n this so called supervisor was just repeating say yes or no.....
This is definitely not customer service....
I called their manager this morning by the name of Peter to complain n he says he is surprised n will look at the cctv n chk the recordings...hope he does so as by his talks it seems very unlikely....
I think senior managers should take note of this n brush up their staff...
It's all about customer service....or will come a day when people might hold demonstrations outside for you to pay heed n u r surviving coz of customers ....agreed we like the products but we can get it else where too....
I know me complaining to this Peter guy was a farce as he was only listening to me half heartedly could make out from his conversation n that he would look at the CCTV n other staff n take cognizance of the same......
I want to know what has happened as Peter never took down my no nor email id...so you can imagine....word of caution when anyone goes to the store at Harrow on the hill...avoid the two women..Viviana n pooja....

Stadat Minden Germany’s Salespersons show too much rude behaviour. They are so mean and selfish. They don’t know how to deal with customers 😡
They neither show cooperative behaviour if someone wanna change the item nor return the payment 😡😷.
My recommendation for other people is don’t take risk to purchase anything from this so called shop 🤬”
“My brother purchased a shoe pair from DIECHMANN STADAT MINDEN SHOP GERMANY, it was bit tight. So exact after 5 minutes he came back to shop and requested the salesperson to change the shoe with 1 no bigger size. But the salesperson showed too much rude behaviour 😡 and refused to change the size of shoe. Then brother left that shoe there without getting any payment return. 😡
So the thing is first teach the salesperson about customer care and then allow them to start the job 😷.
I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a single thing from this shop.
I will also tell my worst experience 😡 to my all friends.”

“I visited the Shop in Stadt Minden Germany at 26-10-19. I selected a pair of shoe which was bearing 44 size. But it was a bit tight
I thought it will be smooth after some time. I walked outside of the Shop and spent 10 Minutes outside to See my Fingers were suffering with pain and i was having a difficult time having those pair during walking.
I came back in 10 Minutes to request a 1 size bigger means 45 number.
But the staff which seemed cooperative 10 Minutes before turned into a Worst nightmare. I Was welcomed with a blunt Nö.
An other member came to help me with the same Response.
I requested them that These are of no use for me. I Was told that they can not Do anything.
I had to Leave my shoes there and a Spray bottle which i bought after a salesman told me that it was necessary to clean that pair of shoe, a moment ago.
If i am not contacted back soon. I will have to Start a campaign against this Brand Shop in Minden, ON Social Media to boycott.

My shoes then arrived only a few days later and are exactly as described and pictured.
Would highly recommend if you want a lovely pair of shoes/boots.”
“I visited the Dechmann store at Queensgate Peterborough for a pair of shoes, the young lady assistant was very helpful she offered to get the shoes down from the shelf and fit them on my feet as I am in a wheelchair I was really pleased with her ,I will definitely be coming back to the store again. “Returned one pair of Blue Fin Pumps to Leicester store, due to eyelet coming away and insoles. Only worn for three days. Informed by store assistant unable to help, as i had worn them, i politely informed her that these were covered by the sale of goods act.
She said she would call the manageress, who informed me i could have another pair or a credit, i informed her i could have my money back, to which she agreed. Dont think i should have to go to this amount of trouble over a £7.99 pair of pumps. Suggest you retrain your staff with regard to the sale of goods act. Wont be shopping Deichmann again,having run my own business for 29 years, the customer is always right.”
“Today I arrived at the till with two separate boots! I was shopping with my mother in law who has Alzheimer’s and was being extra vigilant with her safety. So much to the point that I held up the que! Staff were very patient and kind, excellent customer service.”

The young lady acknowledged us as soon as we entered, even helping with my purchase by asking what sort of wear the shoe would get and suggesting what shoe would be best

“I bought some shoes had them two days and the sole completely fell off, I ordered them online as I could get to the store. The incident happened in the middle of my working day so had to glue the shoes, the store is not willing to do anything. So hence too say DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS SHOP.”
