“I was unhappy with the customer service at the Workington store. On 27/8/19 I waited at an unmanned till for almost 15 minutes. The salesperson who did arrive eventually (Karen?) didn’t apologise and was generally miserable. It’s not the first time I’ve had a poor experience here.”

“Bournemouth Store BH25LP Quality and range of shoes very good as were the prices. Original member of staff, Sophie, was polite and helpful with advice on insoles which I also bought. However, she did not check that the shoes I bought were the same in the box as were on the label, and that they were the same size. I admit I checked one shoes size against the box label but not both, and as a result got home to find one shoe size 39 and one 37! I agree that we both should have checked, but surely this could affect your future sales if odd sizes are sold. When I returned the next day the gentleman who served me was unapologetic and almost off hand. I had to accept the other shoe off of the display which meant it was slightly'grubby'. Again no apologies and just a phrase similar to -- that's all we've got so take it or leave it! Not impressed. The date was 5th /6th August 2019. Original time 14.02.”

“Went to Harrow on the Hill yesterday and popped in to the Deichmann there for school shoes before the mad rush. I was already carrying two bags and a baby but the lady that assisted me was super fabulous that I just couldn't complain about holding another bag.

This lady offered me a seat, while she helped my older son to find and try the shoes we needed. I told my son goes through shoes by the dozen and she even suggested a waterproof coating to help delay destruction 😆. “Went shopping in Deichmann in Blackpool picked some fantastic black trainers the staff supported me looking for my size of Which we could not find .
Staff offer to order them for me but due to visiting Blackpool for only a day I choose another pair that was just a good as the first pair that I saw
