“I ordered some 12 volt batteries which were delivered without any issue.
Then I received an invoice for $99.00 from Dick Smith for a membership that I did not subscribe to. It must be a hidden pre-ticket box on the final payment.
I requested Dick Smith to cancel this membership. I also logged into their website, unsubscribed and again requested a refund.
They emailed me a ticket asking me to cancel my membership on the website which I had already completed. They do not read the emails I send. They just acknowledge with an email and lodge another ticket. Now I have 3 tickets in their system and still no refund. I am now contacting Paypal to refund, as I had not agreed to pay for a membership. Still waiting for an email from Dick Smith.”

They will automatically select for you to sign up to a subscription that will charge you $150 if you aren't careful. Their company is rotten. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. If you read the terms and conditions of their FIRST subscription (if you can find them) you'll be horrified. Never purchasing from Dick Smith again and ensuring I tell everybody I know what a horrible company they are.”

“NEVER BUY FROM DICK SMITH NZ!!!!! Online only, no phone or address.(which means their google reviews on website are a lie because you need a physical address for that). Not even in NZ!!! Have third party sellers on their website. Bought phone for several hundred$s, tracking said delivered, it was not. When queried they said wrong tracking number and gave me another, which didn't work at all. Then said shipping would start in 2 days and tracking number would be uploaded asap......nope!!! Escalated complaint via paypal and after several emails back and forth I got my money back after 3 weeks of wasted time. Communication from third party seller was terrible. VERY DODGY. They should not be allowed to trade, will be highlighting experience to aussie consumer commission, everyone should do the same as so many people have similar experience going by these reviews”

“They are selling products which are obsoleted by vendors, I bought ipad 4 by mistake and got to know later it does not support ios 11 onward, when asked to replace as it does not support google class room which my son wanted to use, they simply said this product does not have change of mind policy.
Also this was sold as refurbished but was not as a packed product in ipad official packaging.
My questions is how are you selling a product at 270 dollars which is being recycled by apple at 60 dollars.”
