“I ordered a product and returned it because it was too big according to my tracking they received it On March 30, 2024 iMessage them on the app got a reply Take 7 to 14 days to process it. It is now April 19. I messaged them on the app a couple days ago again got a response from Christine, asking for the tracking number and the item which I messaged back to her immediately. As of today still no response from anyone. I order from other boutiques have never had this issue with any of the other ones. They also don’t provide a phone number where you can call them directly or an email address where you could actually email them. I definitely not anything from them again. Buyers BEWARE!!!”

“The shipping is ridiculously slow. Definitely avoid ordering anywhere near the holidays. I’d rather pay the cost of the shipping and get the order in a reasonable time frame. They are not transparent whatsoever when shipping does back up. The website continues to say 24-48 hours with no disclosure that they are actually 3 weeks behind. Not offering transparency to customers about true turn around time is a very deceptive business practice. They know if they say 3 weeks many wouldn’t order. The icing on the cake is when the models go live and complain about customers who are mad about not receiving products they ordered weeks ago!! Very unprofessional. There are far better boutiques out there with pricing as equally competitive without all the drama surrounding shipping.”
“I ordered a medium size shirt. When it arrived it said medium on the tag but was more like a 1X. I reviewed their return policy and they don't guarantee exchanged but will issue store credit. This is why I never buy online. You don't always get what is advertised. Very disappointing!!”
“When they have sold out of an item you purchased they give store credit and don’t refund your credit card. (Which is against federal trade commission.) they also don’t have an exact shipping timeline which gives them up to 30 days to ship it. Over many packages over many years many things have arrived in bags broken open with tears that sometimes go to the clothing, rips in bag that get clothing dirty, earrings that are broken or with bent posts that break within a few wears, shoes that should be new, but look like they had been work/ scuffed in dirt. It’s annoying to contact and some things they want returned (yay getting to buy new packaging and shipping it back), some they say just throw away, but even so all they have offered is store credit.
I am done with the frustration and excuse of being a small company for things that could be better organized and done. This is their profession and business, but a lot of things feel very last minute and that they cause the problems for themselves and are pretty defensive and rude to people.
Some staff is quite rude and you can definitely tell from previous years some hostility within the people who host on the lives. It honestly comes across as mean girl club and trying to do more pressure sales tactics with shorter cart times, etc.
When I say product quality varies the is bad the shoes have had glue along the rubber onto the shoe, or had where the shoe rubber separates within weeks. Necklaces that break before putting on or first wear or two because of cheap chains and clasps. Shirts that are a cheap cotton that shrinks somehow even when only washed, inconsistent fits in the same brand and sizing recommendations. I have also had issues with seams not being seen completely, broken zippers, etc. Probably should have contacted them more, but as do most businesses, they bank on the hassle and people not wanting to whine. If you do complain on a live it gets nasty from the devoted following along with the host. Stick to Amazon with reviews on specific items and time lines for arrival, not 1 to 4 weeks. Stick to reputable companies that will refund you and not only offer store credit.”
“I ordered during one of their “lives”. I didn’t see where the discount code needed to be entered. I asked numerous times during the live & no one from the company of the live would respond. They responded to others that were asking questions but not me. Anyway, they would give me the discount on all of the items I ordered therefore my bill was astronomical. The only thing they would do for me was to give me a store credit. I don’t get it! Big they can give me a credit why not use the credit toward my purchases?
