I do like the shoes and have several pairs. However I recently returned a pair because they were uncomfortable. They were received by Ecco on January 12, 2024. It is now the 23rd and as previous posters have said, the customer service is simply terrible. No telephone number, chat service never available, so you must email. And then you will be told to expect up to 4 weeks for a refund. Sorry Ecco, not good enough. I have returned other items to other retailers since returning these shoes, and I have received those refunds. I will not do business with Ecco any longer. You won't be able to sit on my money again!

I only wear Ecco shoes however 2 problems exist namely availability and size consistancy. It took a lot of hunting to locate a supplier with the style and size I required. Finally I had them sent from Australia at a cost of more than 50% of the cost of the shoes. Ecco’s sizing is inconsistant. I use Ecco golf shoes size 45, previous sizes 44 and 45 slip on shoes which fitted perfectly and the new size 45 slip ons which feel like a size 46.

Wow, I’m really upset with This company! I really love the shoes. But i always have issues buying shoes online and when My card doesn’t match my billing address I still get charge! It is so annoying calling customer service to refund my money! Today I called costumer service and Didn’t even care about my issue! Im very disappointed. Not even a discount would give me to buy the pair! I hope they fix that extra charging just because there was an error with the order. Once you tried over and over more transactions are made until your bank account gets overdraft! Thank you Ecco
