“The shoes are great but the return policy is a rip. I have 6 pair of Eccos all size 10-10 and ordered another pair the same size. Been wearing this Ecco size for 20 yrs. The right shoe of the new pair is to small. My toes jamb the front of the shoe. $10 to return and must order again with no assurance the new shoe will fit. Merry-go-round!”

He also sold me some inserts and socks and overall I was very impressed with him and his excellent customer service. A very nice young man, who represented his company extremely well.”

“I'm glad I had tried blundstones and uggs before I tried the similarily styled ecco pullon, ankle boot or whatever it's called. Because now I will only shop for ecco. The insole was supportive and they were easy to pull on. The leather is soft enough for my foot bones but thick enough that it's not going to be easily destroyed. Great for walking. And my foot feels supported but not claustrophobic....Not sure why they say left and right on each boot, but maybe that is helpful for some people.”

“ECCO stands by their products. I returned 10+ year old shoes when the sole literally disintegrated. An easy, prompt and cost free return that provided a $150 voucher for replacement. The new shoes have a far better sole. I own six pairs and the new Holton design a great fit and comfortable.”
“Ecco shoes are absolutely the most comfortable and best supporting shoes that I have ever owned and walked in. I have tried many of the best comfort shoes and have been satisfied with some, but until I tried Ecco I had never found one that I couldn't buy enough of them. Love my Yucon. I have narrow feet and it is difficult to find shoes that are not too wide for me. Also, hard to find good shoes with arch and/or ankle support nowadays. Quality has become less common in a world of the cheap and disposable. America made was usually of reliable quality, but more difficult to find now. So gladly I recommend this brand od shoe to those who actually knew and expected quality for their money. Only down side would be that for a lot of us we consider the price expensive.”

“My first Ecco shoes. It’s a loafer with suade in brown. I’ve worn it daily for over two years, because they’re comfortable. I’m 85 years old, and my wife and I go for walks almost daily for at least 15 minutes plus for daily routine. I use an eraser and brush almost daily, and they still look new. I worked for Florsheim Shoe Company for over seven years, and know when shoes fit well. Ecco makes good shoes.”
