“I ordered a bag I had my eye on for a while. I decided to treat myself with my bday money. I was able to order and pay for the bag, received the email to say order had been received etc etc. 2 days later I received an email saying bag was completely out of stock and not to be re-stocked. Did I want an alternative ?? If I had wanted a different bag I would have ordered it !!!!!”
