“Unfortunately one of the two items I bought was covered in someone else’s make up. Customer service offered for me to have the hassle of sending it back or a discount on a future purchase, neither of which were ideal, but the clean new item was lovely.”

“Received my item (coat) within time stated. Love the style but it is a lot thinner than I expected, and for this reason I feel it was over priced. Sizing was good tho !”

“Postage time was too long co side ting the fact I was charged and my product took over a week to arrive ...... and tiadf I suit to that by the time it arrived the item I ordered had been discounted to only £9! Such a shame as your products look lovely and I’d like to order more, but wary now due to long delivery times and costs..... :-(”

“Service good but the T-shirt quality for the price is not. Very thin cheap material, totally overpriced. I was expecting much higher quality for what I paid.”

“I purchased a garment for a present. It is nice but was sent without any tags. If I give this to my friend I’m afraid it will look like it has been worn before. This is something I have never seen before.”

“Was very happy with the clothes I ordered. Only improvement would be time it takes for delivery (too long) and also clothes arrived squashed together very tightly in the delivery package which made the purchase feel less special and not what I was expecting from such a popular shop.”

“The quality of the top was fine, but it was massive. I know it was an oversized top but it was huge. I’m 5ft 6 and a size 12 and it came to my knees. Disappointed as loved the style.”

“This was the first time that I have ordered from Elsie’s Attic and I have to say that they were really good at keeping me updated about when my order would arrive as they had very quickly gone out of stock. I absolutely loved the matching jumpers I bought for me and my daughter, however I was disappointed that after only one wash, following the care instructions, the print on my daughters jumper has begun to peel away from the garment.”

“I ordered the star jeans and a gin sign. They didn’t turn up when expected and when I chased I was advised that it was because of a delay on the sign. Then the jeans turned up and the sign ages after. I was a bit disappointed as the sign was for a birthday present.”

“Honestly I felt the packaging & the quality of the product did NOT match the price tag ! Not brilliantly stitched on the elastic waist seam even the branded tag was sewn on crookedly ! A free return service should be standard . The belt on this product needed to really be attached to the skirt as it rises up”

“Dress is lovely BUT it’s only available as a ‘One Size’. I’m a size 14 and it was like a parachute on me - it swamped me. Such a shame - if I could order it in my own size I would have kept it.”

“The coat (Hooded Teddy) colour looked very different in the picture on the site. The coat is ‘one size’ and it is much bigger than I expected (i’m a size 12). I don’t think it is worth the money.”

“arrived quickly, good service. however colour is not what was expected. Website photo was completely different to the product. Not what I wanted, i will return item”
