“Disappointed with the communication from Elsies Attic, my order said to allow 7 days for delivery but 10 days later there was no sign and no news. After emailing to ask they did respond very quickly explaining the delay, only for me to get a further email the next day saying one item would be refunded but no indication which item or why! The dresses were lovely and good quality when they arrived, but very disappointed with the lack of updates regarding delivery.”

“The top was very tight fitting across the bust which was a bit disappointing but the dress itself is lovely. Desperately trying to lose a bit of weight from my bust so I can wear it. Love the fabric and the length”

“Got 2 oversized tops and a jacket.Not the best quality, a bit disappointed really. The jacket is actually a very cheap material and the finishes are not what I expected for £30. Out of 3 itemletssay that only one is okay. The pictures used on the site are great, reality is a bit different. Overall this was my first and last purchase from Elsie's.”

“I really love the website and the clothing pictures / choice of products. However, when I received the dress I ordered it looked like a different colour than the picture and there was a small pull on it. I still love the dress and have worn it twice since I received it last week but I was a little disappointed with this.”

“Quick delivery, but unfortunately the item I ordered was not of the best quality and I returned it. One thing that puts me off is there was no care label in the item which I thought was a bit strange. Not sure if this is how all their stock is sold. Having said all this, returns were easy and free and company were very quick to refund.”

“Top was beautiful but shoes where very small for a 6 I have given them to my friend. I don't have a printer to print return label off, think this should be provided with your purchase would make it easier to return goods.”

“Little disappointed with sizing, harem pants were too short and see through material and star trousers were way too big and not tight fitting as advertised on model. I’m a size 16 and pregnant, so ordered 14-18 and were ridiculously large.”

“Easy to order. Lovely range of products. Unfortunately design faded on t-shirt considerably after first wash. After advising of the issue I was refunded but no feedback. Ordered product again same issue.”
