“Love the dress I purchased and was kept very up to date with what was happening. However, when I tried on a jumpsuit the tag that meant I could return it came straight off - very frustrating as I now can't return it despite it not fitting.”

“I absolutely love the styles and the uniqueness of the dresses. However I was disappointed with the dress I ordered, it was too big so I have sent it back but I was really disappointed with how it was packaged which meant the dress was really creased. This really affected how it hung when I tried it on. (I obviously couldn't iron it incase it got damaged and that would affect the return.”

“I bought some camo trousers which are lovely and soft but really short. Much shorter than it seems on the model in the photo who must be a 5’8” compared to my 5’3”. I wouldn’t buy again.”

“Item I ordered was out of stock, although not noted when I ordered. Was emailed a couple of days later saying it would be dispatched the following week but nothing more until I emailed to ask for news. It arrived two days later but I was still charged full delivery (£3.99) and quality isn't quite as good as I'd hoped. Emails were friendly and replies prompt, however. Wouldn't necessarily put me off ordering again.”

“Ordered a bag and scarf which arrived on Monday, absolutely love both of them but unfortunately the bag had a small hole on the front. Have sent it back and I am awaiting a new one being sent out.”

“Cannot fault Elsies Attic customer service, ordered a Coatigan which has now been delivered. Was informed every step of the way regarding the process and delivery of my order. Unfortunately I will be returning item as material is alot thinner than it looks online. Disappointing, but not what I wanted. I'm sure return will be processed efficiently.”

“I ordered two star sweatshirts, black and wine. I got sent one black and one mocha. The black one that I kept is nice and fits well, not sure how long the sequin star with stay attached though. The returns to do policy is very restrictive and I don’t have a printer so I had no option but to pay return postage myself 1st class tracked to ensure I met the restrictions.”

“The star bag was ok - not brilliant quality. I did take issue with the fact that the wholesale price was still attached to the bag - you don’t want to see the mark up. I would say the bag is probably worth it’s wholesale price, but not it’s retail price.”

“Delivery times are different to what the email you get once you’ve ordered. Bit disheartening as I needed it within the delivery time stated online, once the email came through I had to change my order which they were really helpful with but it wasn’t what I wanted.”
