“The item is exactly as described. Must improve shipping information. Shipping costs are a bit higher than other UK e-shops.”

“The jumper was fine but doesn't look as good as the images. Looks a bit like a sack when on. Although I don't know why I expected a jumper that's meant to fit a size 10-20 to look good.”

“The jumper arrived quickly but was huge! Size 10-18 is rather vague and didn’t live up to the photo. I’d buy again but would choose an item with a specific size.”

“Ordered and paid for bag for daughters birthday. Got phone call and email couple of days later saying item out of stock. The person on the telephone was very sorry and offered to sent different bag which was not suitable. I feel if it was not available I should have been made aware when I ordered not 2 days later.”

“I bought the star trousers and they are lovely pattern and style but the stitching at each seem is poor quality and does not look very durable to be honest. They were expensive but I would not have expected the stitching to be as poor. Thanks”

“Very good on delivery but had to send item back as it was too big and not having a return label gave me a problem as I don’t have a printer and the cost to return with just a written label by myself cost me over £4.00 so not happy with that”

“I look at the photos of the models on the webpage and all the dresses look amazing and I have to stop myself clicking the buy button. Sadly, when I have treated myself I have found the quality not what I would expect for the prices they charge. Bad stitching and a poor fit. They also charge delivery charge to send back. Buy with caution as these dresses can be expensive to buy.”

Hi There Thank you for taking the time to leave a review... Apologies you have not been happy with your purchases, we do try to inspect all the items we sell but on this occasion we obviously missed them. We are constantly looking to improve our QC and this will be taken on board. With regard to paying for the returns postage, as of last week we now offer a free UK returns service via RM, the info and link is on our website under delivery and returns. We have been discussing this with RM and we have had to make sure the sums stack up as we are a small business. We do hope you will shop with us again. Thanks again and have a great day.

“Item was of very poor quality. Something I’d expect from “wish” China., Seams are quite loose and won’t take much to burst, couldn’t see a larger size lady wearing them. Quite see through, I expected jean like material leggings.”

“Waiting for an order to arrive for a specific occasion. Recieved a short email stating order had been mixed up and a full refund placed back into my account. That's it. Not impressed.”
