“One dress lovely. Other dress not like pictured. Sizing very poor. When says fit upto and 18 at a 14 you don't expect it to be tight. Hence my return. Return process nice and simple though”

“Great looking product. Comfy and stylish. Downside is that I’ll have to get the sewing machine out to redo the seems in the sleeves as they’ve frayed after 1 wash”

“I am actually returning the dress - the skirt is out of proportion with the top half. Not sure if this is to allow for an underskirt but without it it looks excessive material like I’ve bought a size or two too big”

“The ring I purchased was delivered but where it was just in a bag the wing got squased and was out of place. Weakened the metal a little but still usable. Maybe sending rings in a ring box would avoid this happening”

“The order arrived quickly which was good, however the quality of the product was average. Washed the top once and is now all bobbly. The order had no ‘free’ returns label inside, in fact had no paperwork just the items ordered. It would cost me to rerun the items and therefore would not order from here again. Buy cheap, buy twice is very true here!”

“Nothing wrong with the service, but the trousers I have received are about 4 inches shorter than on the lady who has modelled them and I am only 5’4”.”

“The trousers are one-size-fits-all, which basically meant that unless you go for the smallest size they look nothing like the picture when on... Nice for lounging around in, but don't think I would leave the house in them!”
