“After a technical hitch with my order meaning it appeared cancelled Elsie's Attic were quick to sort it out and send my item for next day delivery. I am very pleased with my bag and look forward to ordering from then again.”

“Nice dress, sent out quickly. But unfortunately it’s too long so needs to be returned. It’s annoying free returns aren’t offered as it then cost me £3 to sent it back”

Hi There thank you for the review, we are in the midst of discussions with Royal Mail to be able to offer free returns. Being a small company we have to make sure the sums stack up for us. “The tie dye jumpsuit is lovely. However the star print ‘jean’ type trouser was suppose to fit 8-16 I’m a 12 and they just say fit”

“I ordered a spotty jumpsuit. One size fits all. I am a size 16 and 5 ft . I was pleased with the jumpsuit until i tried it on . The crotch rides up in the middle so isnt very flattering. If you could adjust the straps it might be ok but you cant. Also it was a little bit too short. Not like pictures. The delivery was slow I paid 3.95 postage waited 5 days . It hasn't put me off ordering again just wasn't for me.”
