“I was very surprised at the customer service, my item arrived 3 days after it was ordered, unfortunately the item wasn’t for me and had to send it back, within 24hrs I had my refund... would definitely order from your website again”

“I’m sorry but I ordered 2 bracelets for my friends Christmas and the quality is very poor. I did not return as you wanted it sent back via tracker which cost too much. I have to give them the gifts as Iv spent the money but I’m embarrassed about it to be honest”

“Brilliant transaction and clothes purchased are of good quality. Only a minor blip in that the trousers that I ordered smelt really fishy!? I’m guessing it’s the printing? And after washing them the elastic inside the waistband was all folded up. Spoiling them even before I’d wore them. Never mind. Won’t stop me enjoying them.”
