“Nice range of styles and sizes. Delivery was very quick and not bad price overall. Dress fit straight away which was a rarity! Only bad point is that most of the dresses that I was interested in were out of stock in my size but I found one in the end. Thanks.”

“Very quick delivery and the jumpsuit fits well. Not sure that the pne size would fit.up to 18 as advertised because I'm a 12-14 and only just fitted over my hips. Happy with my purchase, thanks”

Gorgeous, pretty, feminine pieces that are unique and just that little extra special making Elsie's Attic stand out miles from the rest of the online women fashion market. The quality of the pieces are exceptional and yet the price is so affordable. What I especially love about shopping with Elsie's Attic is the personal touch to the communication. The response rate is fast and really helpful. They seem to genuinely care, the customer service is tailored and makes me look forward to shopping again with them. Just when you think the service can't be anymore amazing- your order arrives promptly, I know I can rely on ordering from Elsie's Attic for an occasion and that it will be with me with no fuss. I enjoy browsing their site just to take a look at the new arrivals, with new pieces unique and wonderful being added all the time. Fabulous! “The sizes on the size guide are incorrect (too small) and if you need to return it you are paying for both the postage to be delivered and the returns postage. My first and last time using the company! Wouldn’t waste your time.”

Hi There Thank you for the review... We are currently looking at offering a free returns service but being a small business we have to make sure the sums stack up.. With regard to the sizing we try to make sure all our items are UK standard but obviously on this occasion they were not.. “I have ordered lots of skirts and dresses.I absolutely love their clothes.Great quality, fast delivery and very flattering. Also they use models of all sizes so you could see the clothes on your body type. I absolutely love this company.”

“No acknowledgement of my order at all, no email confirmation. Been over 1 week and I haven’t had my item which as it turns out is available for cheaper else where!”

“This company is a total joke. They advertise on facebook that the dresses are thier own brand and none are! They charge nearly double of what the actual brands charge. Very disappoint and feel ripped off”

We also do sell many of our own label items, with regards to the pricing we have to be very competitive with our competitors and in some cases we are actually cheaper than our suppliers. “Ordered a Christmas top in November on “2 week pre-order” (whatever that means). After 2 weeks I receive an email to say that my item isn’t coming as the stock hasn’t arrived! How can they sell items that they don’t have?! Now have no time to order another in time for my Christmas party! Very disappointing!”

We did have an issue with the Xmas tops last year and them being stuck in customs for a ridiculously long time, We have made sure we are ready to go for the Xmas rush this year. “I ordered a petticoat late Wednesday night and sent an email saying I hoped I could wear it to a party at the weekend. Elsie's Attic asked me to send my order number and it arrived today! (Friday) Fantastic customer service highly recommended”

“Ordered in November, still waiting for my order. After numerous attempts to contact customer services I am not getting anywhere and am being told my order is stuck at customs. I have a feeling my Christmas tops I ordered will not be here in time for Christmas. No idea when I will receive these and customer services don't seem to know either. Such a shame as I have always heard great things!”
