“Hey, I have to say your customer service is fantastic. Good prices as well. The teddy bear coat is lovely. A little short on the arms for me but I can wear jumpers underneath. The dress I ordered was definitely not up to a size 20 as it was more of a tunic and tight (I am a size 18). Will buy from you again as the teddy bear coat I love and is great quality for the price. Thank you.”

“I love my new dress, it’s just the shape I’ve been looking for. Check the measurements as I would say true to measurements, rather than vanity sizing, so I have gone up a size compared to others. My first order went astray so I had quite a bit of contact with customer services. They were really quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. Full marks from me.”
