“Was a bit wary as I hadn't ordered anything from Elsie's Attic before but it was efficient, communication was great and the bag I ordered is absolutely perfect. Much better quality than I had expected for the price so very pleased :))”

“I ordered the olive green bag with the star and after using it only once, one of the straps snapped. I have returned it (the customer service is second to none) and am looking forward to receiving my lovely replacement as soon as my return is processed :)”

“ordered a garment, was told it was being processed, then told I couldn't gave it as it was not up to standard, I was prepared to have the garment at a discount the felt was fair but was just told I couldn't or to pick some thing else, in fairness if I wanted something else I would have ordered that in the first place. disappointed.”
