Purchase was smooth as can be. Sadly, I did not look at all the negative reviews until I had placed the order and then I panicked bc I was definitely planning to return the items that didn’t fit and had ordered multiple sizes and styles... Turns out y’all were right. Panic was justified: As ALL the reviews have stated: product quality was not remotely as advertised. I ordered from il gulfo expecting Italian material and craftsmanship only to find it was made in Vietnam... I ordered Chloe and it was made in China. I kept something that was probably fake too but at least it was mediocre quality, just overpriced bc it wasn’t the brand it claimed to be. Next the most important reason (besides they sell fakes) for one star: the returns process is a nightmare. Judging from the reviews, I’m not the only one. They pretend they don’t receive things when dhl clearly shows it was delivered. They charge for return shipping without telling you clearly upfront and then they conveniently have excuses rather than process the return and credit you back. Someone (usually Tatiana) answers the phone when you call but then it is a run around, no apologies, no service and you’re left holding the expensive, fake bag to get your money back. Very unfortunate, stressful experience. To echo everyone else — SHOP ELSEWHERE. Not worth it. Hopefully I’ll get my credit but a month later, still no.

My delivery date was changed and was delivered without a signature about time I got home it was stolen off my porch I called immediately and reported it. I was told wait 15 days for an investigation to be emailed later 16 days later to say they would not replace my merchandise or give me a refund when I clearly didn’t ask for a refund. So now I’m without my merchandise and 630 dollars. I do not recommend you all order from this website.

Between 5 and 14 Nov 2020 this awful company thru four hypothetical sales overloaded my credit card with the amount of €7,085.00. And without ever having any contact with this company before!

Ordered 3 products and should’ve read reviews first... definitely most expensive item was fake. Supposed to be handmade in Italy and the tag inside said it was made in Madagascar. Next returns process was horrific. Not sure I’ll get money back and it’s been weeks. Plus they say free shipping and returns but then they charge you for returns. Wtf. Go elsewhere. Zero stars.

I ordered from them and my order was cancelled by THEM!!! yet i was still charged $288 dollars and i been calling for the past 3 or 4 days trying to get my money back ! dont order from them its obviously a scam !

DEFECTIVE BOOTS I ordered a pair of boots from farfetch (over USD400). It was obviously defective with the zipper falling midway every couple of steps I took. Farfetch (supplier being Onward Luxury Group SPA) refused to refund/accept responsibility and after their so called brand assessment, said that the brand knew about this problem and yet continued with the production of this boot - which is obviously bogus as I have researched other buyer reviews of this pair of boots and no one mentioned this zipper falling problem. ***Buyer beware when purchasing from farfetch and Onward Luxury Group SPA***

I ordered a gold pair if Tory Burch sandles for 250.00 and yeah the came as promised....but the mfs was fake as hell!!!! Never again!!!!

This company is terrible they sent me a damaged shoe I returned it the following day and they refuse to give me my money back ! I should’ve read the reviews before using this company !!

if i could award a zero star i would go for that. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM FARFETCH. BUNCH OF FRAUDSTARS AND THIEVES. They declined my order twice and refuse to refund because i refused to up load the first and last four figures of my bank card. i did uploaded the first figure and last four figures but that was not enough APPARENTLY. Still waiting for my money.

AWFUL!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!! Liars!!! They OBVIOUSLY have a system of ripping people off for their returns. I ordered a pair of shoes that were a size smaller than what i ordered. They said the box was not received by DHL after almost a month. Similar to what others are saying. LIARS!!!!

i stopped courier from delivering to me and parcel was returned to sender on 6 october sent farfetch many messages regarding return heard nothing still waiting for £59 refund now in eighth day terrible customer service my advice do not use this company

I had the same experience as all the other posts. I purchased an expensive item and returned it due to sizing issues and never received a refund for the item. Farfetch will tell you that "they never received the item from DHL." Lies, lies, lies. Do not buy from them because if you need to return anything you will be out hundreds of dollars. They will not refund your money.

My orders didn’t arrive over £800 they have advised been delivered. Left out side my property!!!! Even tho I set my account up to never leave parcels. I’m having to pay for them??? Seriously this is shocking.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FARFETCH. Purchased a $700 pair of Golden Goose shoes - the GGDB branding came off after just 2 wears. Contacted Customer Service – no response for over a month. Then - after several follow-ups – they finally offered to arrange a return back to the boutique (in Italy) for a “brand assessment” which could take up to 3 months, without any guarantees - apparently they could still deem it ‘wear and tear’ and send me back the faulty shoes. Apparently, it’s totally acceptable for a pair of $700 designer shoes to become faulty after 2 wears with the Seller assuming no responsibility or warranty whatsoever! Bought the shoes in June, it’s now September and I still don’t have a resolution, nor a pair of shoes I can wear. Just a disgrace that Farfetch acts this way. To all you online shoppers – DON’T buy from them. Go elsewhere. And if you’re buying online, check the returns policy as you may find yourself at a loss if anything goes wrong.

I paid £1,130.00 for a Valentino Garavani bag. Loved it when it arrived. Used it a couple of times but too small for my essentials, so stored it away in its dustbag. But loved knowing I owned a Valentino. Then recently I decided to sell it and get a bigger bag. Checked all the documents that came with it to photograph them and saw in Farfetch receipt, under Origin of County, China was printed. Emailed Valentino and asked if any Valentino bags are made in China. They replied, Valentino bags are only made in italy. I contacted Farfetch and told them the bag was fake but they said it was too late to return the bag. I paid £1,130.00 for a bag worth under £100. Dishonest and disreputable company. Sell fakes. I cant afford to throw £1,130.00 away. Can you? Avoid this company!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. I arranged a return via Farfetch, in line with their terms and conditions, through DHL. DHL collected my parcel on the 27th July. As there was no update on the website I contacted customer service to request an update on my refund. It took to the 20th August to get a response to be told that the retailer hadn't received the return. They have refused to contact DHL to chase this matter up, even though it is their chosen and appointed courier service for returns. They have refused to register my complaint. They have refused to provide me with any more information. They have refused to help me in anyway or provide a refund.

Terrible customer service! Order MJ3BLV. Refunded my product and still have not received my refund after 3 months! Multiple follow ups to customer service and management went ignored. I would not recommend this site unless you dont plan to refund any products.
