“Bought DeWalt framing nailer kit for a present as It seemed a good deal It came in box with framing nailer and finishing nailer on box which was what I saw when purchasing When it was opened there was no finishing nailer in box Spoke to company and they take out finishing nailer "as most people have this" As it was a present the 30 days elapsed so I can't return it Buying the finishing nailer would cost £275 so I could have got this deal elsewhere cheaper Just be aware when ordering from this company what you are actually ordering”

“Ordered two items for next day delivery, website said both in stock, then two days later i get an email saying one is out of stock, so i ring them and ask them if they can just send what they do have in stock, which they say they would but now the other item is also gone out of stock while waiting for the first. what a shambles. I would be embarrassed if my business ran like this. Its safe to say i will not be using FFX again.”

“Customer Service for this company is appalling. I ordered a festool plunge saw which came with a tape measure. It was broken. I asked for a replacement tape measure and their response was "It was free and not on the invoice so we will not replace". WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT.!!! No compassionate dealing with the client. We spend tens of thousands a year on tools and I would never buy a screw from this lot again for the sake of a tape measure :_))) It wasn't the price of the tape measure, it was the principle of the matter. All the trade know we spend money hand over fist, every day - They spend their budget on trying to get us to buy from them and then when they have us, this is the treatment. Disgraceful Bye Bye FFX,”

“Terrible service and company purchased some items with the help of a voucher however one of the items I had to send back they were going to charge me £15 to send the item back when for the same service but with higher insurance I paid £7 anyway sent the item back left it a week contacted them to be told that they had a back log I asked could you just check to see if you have received it for them to say have you got a copy of the photo or signiture at this point I was concerned it felt like if I said no they would have said they never received it lucky I had a photo. But still had to put in a complaint to get my refund just remember I sent one item back of the five and they took the voucher back lol stay away terrible expensive and dogey practices.”

“Delivery times are vital to trades, planning is everything, so ignore that flashy banner on the website that says free next day delivery. It's a lie. I wouldn't mind so much if they got in touch and explained it was not going to be dispatched when they said it was but they can't be bothered. Their online chat is also bs and your forever at numer1 in the que. Got no time for liars, first and last time I'll use them.”

“Ordered 2 New Vibrators they sent out 2 used ones in bubble wrap. No packaging/instructions & looked a little 'pasty'. Spent a lifetime contacting their 'Customer service team'... They recommended I go FFX myself or send them back for a refund!”

“I ordered a dewalt paddle mixer which arrived damaged. When speaking with customer service my questions were ignored multiple times and when I wanted a refund they sent a new one to my house without me even agreeing as I wanted a refund. Probably the worst customer service I’ve experience and wouldn’t buy tools from them again”

“I ordered a DeWalt batter charger & battery. Both were sent wrapped in old bubble wrap with no box, instructions or guarantee. The charger also does not work properly. They said I can send it back at a cost of £15.99. I am now taking this to trading standards. DO NOT BUY from this company.”

“Their faulty tool policy is to send back to manufacturer for repair if after the 1st month of purchase. No refunds or exchange! Shop elsewhere (Screwfix etc) for a lot better customer service. Unless you're happy to be toolless for weeks”

“Tried them twice and let down on both occasions needless to say won't use them ever again. Why state order until 8pm and get next day delivery when clearly you can't manage it”

“Ordered a tool on the 24/11/2020 supposed to arrive by the 27/11/2020 made contact they said the item would not be with them till 22/2/2020. Got refund. Complete and utter waste of time.it wasn't even anything special a combination square. Should get no stars”

“I thought I had good deal for DeWalt DCS356P2 kit for £299. When I received it a few accessories were missing. I asked FFX about it but they claim they offer different P2 kit than DeWalt's website. DeWalt website says about '35 pc Accessory Set' but FFX sells only '29'. Missing accessories are worth way more than £30 and I've seen "full" P2 kit on Amazon for £330. Better to send it back for full refund. Everywhere P2 kit looks exactly same expect FFX. I wasn't aware about existing two different P2 kits as DeWalt website shows only one with '35pc'. I sent complain to DeWalt about their 'Authorised Reseller' and waiting now for response... will update asap. PS. Also they sent incorrect case T stak II twin tool designed for DCD996X1 combi drill. I have impression they sell to customers what they have currently in stock instead of what people want to buy.”

“Ordered a large item (palletised) no comms and no delivery, ended up cancelling the order only to be told i would have to wait for my refund until they received the item back from the courier company even though i never received it. Will not recommend or use this company again.”
