I would not spend a penny with this company Who Are false advertising Stock items, your In stock order may not arrive for many Days or weeks later, all without you hearing back from them to say it’s out of stock, I purchase Dewalt nails that weren’t out of stock however they had none To sell Anyone and took my money, I called dewalt only to Then be told there’s a global shortage of nails and brads so don’t buy Any Dewalt Product that has Other commodity items such as nails etc, they want you to buy these so called top of the range tools, only issue is you may find no stock of nails Or other required items, it’s the same on some Spare parts too To repair items, I would not spend any of your Hard earned money on this brand until they have lifted stockpiles, it’s good stuff but they are selling items that you cannot Fully use Due to lack of supplies, false advertising and bad service from my point of view, Dewalt led me to Various Website to buy More nails Which I did, however They will not arrive On time to do the job, total joke a massive company not having our backs on a simple item automatically produced such as nails and brads, They reported me to Trustpilot to say my information was wrong however I have sent invoices to them to show them, don’t buy from them as you may not receive good in time to do your job, Regards everyone steve

I ordered 3 items a dewalt tstak caddy, an 18v 5ah battery and dewalt fast charger yellow The caddy had layers of bubble wrap but and a big BUT the battery and charger had no bubble wrap or any protection what so ever not even boxed with manuals and just put in the caddy and caddy wrapped meaning you could hear both battery and charger bouncing around loose inside as I'm trying to take the bubble wrap of the caddy which caused both battery and charger to get scratched marked ect worse case they could of been broke during transit ect because of this stupid company not bothering to supply boxes or even wrap the units absolutely fuming when you buy items new they should come boxed new with manuals not as if someone just slung them in a box from Ebay disgusting service

Ordered 2 Makita batteries they sent out 2 used battered batteries , customer service is absolutely rubbish I paid £105 they offered £10 refund ! Don’t waste your money

bought a drill bit , kept me waiting for 2 weeks, they told me it out of stock but it still was available for buying!moved my delivery twice....easier to buy somewhere else.

***AVOID*** ***AVOID*** WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DELIVERED FAULTY ITEMS AND REFUSED TO GIVE REFUND. TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET A NEW ITEM SENT BACK OUT TO ME. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! BLOCKED ME FROM CALLING THEM OR ACCESSING THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE!

I ordered a specialist tool for £400 specifically for one job that we have been dealing with. When I received the delivery I noticed that the tool was damaged. I tried to phone costumer service but couldn’t get through so I sent an email with the pictures of the damage and asked them to send a replacement. I got automatic reply that They will reply in 48-72 hours. In the meantime I did try to contact them by the phone and did manage to get through but through asking for different department first. I took me 2days .They told me that they were busy and will come back to me when they can. It is very frustrating!!! This issue caused damage to my business as I have my carpenter waiting for the tool and not doing the work.

ordered £600 of tools I ordered £600 of tools, next day delivery, half came next day half the day after. Some tools were incorrect, poor customer service, they tried to send replacement but sent to wrong address. I would recommend using another company, as that tool was vital to my work. And it’s only just been sorted 2 weeks later

Dont deal with this mob. After queuing at FFX to pay for close on 5000.00 of tools and all the pushing and shoving that was going on I spoke with an FFX guy who was getting flustered. He said it wasnt a problem just call them this week and place my order on the phone. If need be show them my slips for payments and they would match the prices. Guess what. Called them this morning card in hand and they are trying to rip me off by adding circa £ 200.00 to a lot of the items and makes the whole order close on 1 £ 1000.00 more !!!!. Lesson FFX " if you cant stand by what you say dont say it" I will not be ripped off in this way and will now make my experience widely know. I will also re post this information nearer the time of your show next year. The Paslode guys were great, the Festool guys were great. Just FFX trying to mug people off. Your reply is fascicle. You was not interested in "looking into this for me" when I initially rang. It was just "oh... they shouldnt have said that" sorry you will have to pay the normal price. And yet by the power of reviews you then say "you may be able to help". How do you think I should read that ? Do you think I should now just place the 5k order with you. Too late!. the items I was ordering are now on the way from 3 of your competitors that recognise customer service is important. FFX you are victim of your own success and arrogance. Not for long I think if you carry on like this. You are by far not the cheapest and people should look around.. better prices... better customer service....to be found elsewhere !!!!
