Myslef and my partner have ordered from footlocker one on 31st of december and another on the 5th jan still nothing has come no emails no update nothing and its now the 18th its a joke delivery is comming with dhl says courier has picked up but when tracking loads it says cant be found so annoyed with yhis

Ordered shoes on the 29th of December it’s now the 19th of January an there still not here! Poor customer service nowhere I can ring can only chat online an they cut me of!!! Don’t order anything from them!!

Ordered in mid December, and haven’t received my order and it’s 18 Jan. have emailed twice and got an automated response that they are having delays.

I’ve ordered on the 3rd of jan and now it’s the 18th of jan, I still haven’t received my order , I am in disbelief and shock because this has never happened to me , and if I cancel my refund will take even more longer .I’ve ordered from JD and Footslym and no problem at all just footlocker . this company needs to be closed ASAP

I ordered a birthday gift for my son on the 1st Jan it is now the 17th still no order rec'd. I have emailed with no response three times. I have tried using the live chat which is useless. So today I have emailed to ask for the order to be cancelled I have lost count how many times. My account was debited on the 1st Jan! And of course no birthday gift for my son!!!! Absolute waste of time. Customer service rubbish - delivery didn't and not sure when this will be sorted!!! DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY IF YOU CAN'T SEND OUT THE ORDERS!!! DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH FOOTLOCKER. I have ordered from other companies during the lockdown and things have arrived in good time ....so no excuses!!!

The worst online shopping experience I have EVER had, never received the package as footlocker decided to only print my City as my full address - not a case of my own human error as this has happened to my mums order and my friends order as well. So, I never received the package as UPS returned it to footlocker - 3 weeks ago. Not once was I given any sort of updates or anything from footlocker, I had to wait over an hour in a virtual queue of over 100 people, to get in contact with customer service who told me they didn’t know why it was sent back. It’s been 3 weeks and I have still not received any refund, nor am I any closer to getting a refund. Footlocker is impossible to contact, and if you do manage to get a hold of their dreadful customer service team, it’s impossible to have any issue resolved as they have no idea how to do their jobs. Looking like I have no choice but to take this further, save your money for a good business, don’t waste your time or money here.

Footlocker continues to mess up my orders. None of the shoes have been delivered and when I call they say that they dont have the shoes in stock. This is horrible. They need to fix this website now.

This company is an utter disgrace never been so fuming and mistreated by a firm. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JOKERS been trying to contact for days and cannot get through on chat system it throws you off. No emails answered. Nothing. Took money on 31st December tracking number is wrong and nothing arrived. Cannot stress enough how angry they making me feel.

Footlocker are horrendous. I ordered trainers on the 22nd of December and it’s now the 6th of January and I have not received my trainers. I complained to footlocker on the 29th and nothing has occurred. I have received an email on the 31st of December stating ‘Your product has arrived’. This is not the case I have not received any products and I am appalled by the fact I have spent my money on a product I have not received and they have the audacity to ask me to rate the product. They have taken my money and are refusing to give me my product. I want my money back

Had an issue with my delivery, as in my item never arrived to the delivery address. When I contact footlocker to seek advice the customer service adviser was unhelpful, lied and was at times sarcastic. When I complained for the poor service and treatment I received I was never contacted back and when I had further issues to state I still was yet to receive my trainers I was once again ignored, I have found the customer service extremely disappointing and quit a stressful experience, I would not be using footlocker service again and I will not be recommending it either, as it seems once it leaves footlocker they appear to hold no responsibility for your order or care for your treatment.

A ordered my partner a pair ov tns for Xmas wish a gave him early witch we placed the order on the 30th Nov then we waited 2 weeks for then to come he wore them 4 5 times max and the all came away at the front he then takes them back and the way the delt with it all was totaly discussing then he was going to come back to get my card to take in with a was going to confirm over the 4n for them to blank there shop 4n and to say my partner would been doing fraud this service is terrible a would never use then again

I sent a pair of trainers back by courier at the beginning of December and I'm still waiting for a refund, they have been back at the warehouse now for 10 days and still no refund, they are quick to take the money shame they're not as quick to give it back !!!

I ordered a hoodie as a Christmas present on 11/27/20 and they took out the transaction amount of $103.35 from my checking account on 11/29/20. For a week I have received several emails saying that an error occurred with my order so I called Foot Locker Customer Service today (12/8/20) and the first time I called, I was hung up on. So I immediately called back and was transferred around by several different people until I got to someone who finally figured out that they basically lost my package and couldn't replace it but that I would get refunded. So after about two hours of going back and forth I get an email confirmation about my refund going to a card that I do not own. I explained to 3 different people (cuz they kept transferring me) that they have the wrong card information and that the money was taken out of my checking account so they should fix the issue and refund me to my checking. They said they couldn't do that and told me to call apple pay cuz they must've created an account for me and that's why the numbers aren't right. I called them and Apple Pay then says that they do not create account numbers that they're just a virtual wallet and to call my bank. My bank then says that they do not have an account for me by that number so now I have to place a request to refute the purchase via my bank to see if I can get my money back because Foot Locker is stupid. I just spent THREE HOURS talking to about a million different people only to be hoodie-less and $103.35 poorer. F$%# FOOT LOCKER.

Worst company will never ever ever spend another dollar with them! Customer service is horrific. They messed up on my order all good mistakes happen then i want to exchange but nope out of stock needless to say calls after Calls after live chats etc I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been a month now i have been out the money. Never again

Customer Service is a waste of time. They are just as bad as the courier service they use (hermes). Still waiting 7 days later for an order that i made which has been delayed (stolen) by hermes. I was told by Footlocker that this would be investigated which could take up to 10days so officially it would take 3 weeks for an answer as to where my order is. Other companies would have resent or refunded the items as they can see that it CLEARLY has not been delivered but nooo not Footlocker. I am absolutely fuming as this is £100 worth of goods that i know the thieving company that they use to deliver goods has stolen. I will never order online from Footlocker again, they along with Hermes cannot be trusted, at this point i am feeling like they are all working together to give the worst customer experience/service ever. If you order anything from them just make sure its cheap then you may have a chance of receiving it but if its expensive you can kiss your order goodbye. I have received 3 other orders delivered by DPD or Royal mail including a delivery from Nike.com which arrived on time so its clearly their couriers. I would have expected in these times for customer service to be more helpful and understanding but they simply do not care and can be quite rude.

My order was delayed by Hermes (stolen) which was placed on a Tuesday, a week later still delayed but all Footlocker can do is raise a request with Hermes to find out where the items are (stolen) which they stated could take another 5-10 days. I placed other orders on the same day with other companies and all items have been received, bearing in mind that the other companies used better couriers such as DPD or Royal Mail. Other companies would have refunded you or placed another order as the 1st order has obviously gone missing (stolen) but nooo not footlocker i have to wait nearly 3 weeks for an answer and i was told then i would be refunded i wouldn't even get the items resent. I am absolutely fuming and considering the times we are living in, i think customers should be taken more seriously as we DO NOT have money to waste. Footlocker online service and customer service is really bad. Nike.com, JD Sports or Footasylum however are nothing like them they are not perfect but i would say to get your items from them, you may even get a little discount. I will never order from Footlocker online again, i may visit the store but i won't order online their customer service team do not care and can be quite rude.
