I placed an order with Foot Locker expecting the product to arrive within the promised shipping window. Not only did I never receive my item, but I’ve also been met with silence and generic, dismissive responses from customer service. Rather than address the issue, representatives dropped out of chats without warning, provided copy-paste replies, and failed to escalate or resolve anything. It’s now clear that Foot Locker has taken payment without delivering the product—and refuses to issue a refund. This isn’t just a customer service failure—it’s a violation of consumer protection laws. Because Foot Locker has shown no intention of resolving this, I will be formally escalating this matter to the following regulatory agencies: - Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Better Business Bureau (BBB) - Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) - State Attorney General's Office - U.S. Postal Inspection Service (if mail fraud is involved) If you are a consumer considering shopping here, beware: you may not receive your product, your money back, or any real support. The lack of accountability is shocking for a brand of this size. I will not be letting this go quietly, and I encourage anyone facing a similar issue to document everything and do the same.

I requested a pair os samba sneackers at utc mall in Sarasota, I waited and waited almost 20 minutes for the associate to bring them to me, finally I saw the associate but not shoes. After another 15 minutes waiting I decided to leave the store, so many associates in the store chatting with one another while customer waiting for service. I guess they didn’t need the sale. Won’t visit that store again 👎

Terrible service from Footlocker St Lukes, and Sylvia Park Auckland. They just throw the boxes of shoes at you to try on and walk away, or dont even come back with the shoes you asked for. No customer service. You are only selling shoes, get it right. Staff always standing around talking. Will never shop there again,

Making a purchase through footlocker.com was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was asked so many personal questions such as my ethnicity, my age, my birthday, my gender it wouldn’t let me go past the questions. It took me a long time to make the purchase and when the shoes arrived, there were scuffed, and there was glue coming out of one side I would never ever go on footlocker.com and purchase anything ever again.

I would give half star if I could. I will be boycotting Footlocker from now on, and have spread the word to family and friends as well. Bought a pair of shoes for my niece for Christmas, and bought it at the end of October (Oct 30th) because I was going out of the country for a month in November, and I wanted to be able to mail the shoes to her before I left on my trip. Canada Post then went on strike by the time I mailed it to her. Anyway, she finally gets the shoes and they are too small. She takes the brand new shoes in the box and the receipt to Footlocker to just EXCHANGE for a bigger pair. We didn't want a refund, so no money back. She was told no she couldn't do that, because it was past 45 days. No explanations would work with Footlocker, even with the postal strike which held up the delivery etc. I even phoned Head Office and spoke to a representative there AND a supervisor and nothing could be done. The stupid thing is...we would have also been spending more money had they let us do the exchange, because the new shoes we were getting was a newer model and more expensive, so we were willing to pay the difference. And the original shoes cost us $210!!!!! NEVER NEVER again will I buy another pair of shoes from Footlocker.

Don’t ever buy from this footgear locker.com . Never get your item on time and never any confirmation whatsoever when will you recy your item. If you put your order # to check status if your order they always say wrong order number.

First time buyer, they advertised free shipping by joining their club, and I entered my information twice, and kept getting error messages. They got an extra $8.99 shipping out of me. I won’t shop there again.

This company allows other people to use your phone number to create accounts. They have no mechanism to verify who the phone number belongs to. They simply tell you use another phone number. Even though only one phone number could be used to create an account. How in God’s name you’re gonna tell me I can’t use my cell phone number to create my own. Then to make it worse, you’re going to protect the motherf***er using my number! Whatever happened to text or email verification. Footlocker lost it, buy a kick from a company worth shopping with.

I have a bad experience in foot locker in redsea mall, I see the tag of shoes is 391 sr. And Im very excited to buy this shoes but when I'm going into cashier, he ask me payment 510 sr, how come? Why you put the tag and you didn't sale like a price tag? I'll never experience like that in whole my life I'm so disappointed on foot locker redsea mall, I tell all my friends social media influencer to post in tweeter also Instagram and TikTok. The cashier is very terrible, didn't say anything to apologize in happened.

Kaydin @ store # 307126 at Oak Park Mall in Lenexa, ks has the WORST attitude. I’d say customer service in shoes is not for him. If this purchase wasn’t for my kid before he starts school…. His body language and tone was enough when I happened to pick up the item to purchase and it doesn’t have a price tag. Do I dare talk about his demeanor when the cashier couldn’t figure out how to do an electronic gift card.

I just buy some shocks from here around 3 weeks before the brand name is ZB ohh my god. I have never expect from here like old stock which is your promotion.

Is your delivery person they know how to read? Or not?why there keep on calling and asking me where is my location?i mention my address and store name in delivery details.hes already in the delivery area and since he didnt know where is it.he said he will do it by tomorrow.what kind of delivery person do you have??we are paying the delivery charge but you service is too slow!!!!
