“Took the family to franckie and bunny's in Wembley for my sons 16th birthday, as it was he's birthday he chose where we went. Placed our order and at this point it all went down hill from there.😡 not a single piece of steak in the whole restaurant 🤡🤡's. I would expect to be informed of this before sitting down. Not after I've ordered so i order a burger🤢 the thing was dripping in grease 🤮 and the onion rings were raw. I received better food from a road side burger stall than this. I will never step foot into another francie and bunny's again. Thanks for nothing.”

“We had a 3 course meal at the Nottingham Showcase Frankie & .Benny's on the 28th Aug 2020. The food was delicious. Compliments to the chef. Our waiter Emad was polite, helpful, chatty and pleasant , nothing was too much trouble for him. We even had a little banter with him. He made us feel at home. Great service , great price, great food. The atmosphere was relaxed. We give 5 stars and will definitely go back again. Thanks for a lovely meal . Michelle & Shane Will definitely recommend you our friends and family”

“I think that the food was cold when it came but I've actually never been to this Frankie and bennies place I was just very bored and wanted to make a review so I hope this doesn't cause any trouble so do what you want and don't let anyone tell you what to do”

“We visited Frankie & Benny's on Newport Road Cardiff. The food was excellent ( compliments to the chef) our waiter who's name is Ellis was very attentive. Everything very enjoyable.”

“We ordered the salmon and lasagna. The fries were very nice. The salmon was a good size portion but cooked dry and firm and a bit chewy in places. The vegetables, beans peas and broccoli, were firm with a bite but I think they may be pre-cooked from their tainted taste. The lasagna had a lot of soft nice flavoured pasta unfortunately it over powered the rest of this dish because the meat sauce wasn’t very flavoured And the white sauce is plain but at least it had soft mince through out, however I think It would benefit from a covering of cheese on top. If I made one for myself I’d use more mince meat and add a pinch I’d fresh herbs and coat grated cheese all over the top. That to me is a proper lasagna.”

“Served today by Jordan A at the Metro Centre. Very attentive, extremely pleasant and a lovely smile. Felt as if we were her Friends rather than customers. Helped us with the Meerkat App as first time we have used it. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and brought out really quickly. Thank you to Jordan x”

“Weston super mare, I went here yesterday with my girlfriend. The girl who served us couldn’t do enough for us as we made her aware that my girlfriend had a serious peanut allergy she came over with the iPad to show us what we can and cannot have food wise. The food came out fairly quick and the food was lovely as well as the service. Thank you. Jazz was our waitress too. 👊🏼”

“It was our youngest daughters !3th Birthday Party. She wanted to have a family meal for her birthday at Frankie & Benny's. She had a great time, we all did to be honest. Our waiter Stenphen Parker was very attentive and very helpful to all our needs. The food was good and tasty. Every members of the families had a great time. Thank you.”

“Ive just been to the washington branch and was very happy with the server stacey, she was chatty and interested in talking about veganism, it is very rare to find a restaurant that serves beautiful vegan meals like yourselves, keep it up frankie and bennys is my fave place to eat and always find out where they are wherever we go”
