I don't want to upset him so not going to complain but this is the second lot that he bought from moonpig that have arrived in bad condition. Would have been better off with a bunch from a garage forcourt.”

When I suggested sending an apology for a card to the recipient ordered 8 days ago that still hasn't been received, they offered a refund, again. Funky pigeon/Moonpig are as bad as one another these days. Use amazon, at least the cards arrive on time.”

“I have ordered several cards from Funky Pigeon. Yes, one of them did arrive a day late but that could have been the fault of the postal service.. or even my fault for not ordering the card early enough. I have since decided to order my cards early to make sure they arrive in plenty of time. My latest card was a Mother’s Day card, which my Mum has already received. She has dementia and is in a nursing home. None of her family have been able to see her because of this COVID-19. So it meant a lot to her having a card with family photos on it and plenty of memories. Most importantly of all for me is that the quality of the print on these cards is always very good.”

“It's so obvious why they get bad reviews. Ordered personalised card and it said delivery on 27th February but nothing received. Yet I ordered from Moonpig for someone else and they got the card the next day. I will never use these "funky" people again! That's how they make their money by stealing other people's and pretending they've despatched when they've done nothing of the kind. Con artists and thieves. Unfortunately we didn't look deep into the meaning of their name. Pigeons steal food!”

However, Funky Pigeon said the dead petals were to protect the flowers, what rubbish. If they were from a store I’d have returned them. Disgraceful quality and after sales service . Contacted them by email for refund and they then told me there were due to be dispatched that today. Just checked account again and they’ve put in they were dispatched on the 9th. The customer service team was responsive when i emailed on the 12.02.21, replying to me the next day on 13.02.21 to confirm the delivery date..
I have since emailed them on valentines day to inform my order wasn't correct but still haven't received a response. They aren't taken calls either. I feel as though I have been miss-sold.
