I nevr chked review or.else wud nt hav sent valentine card n chocolate with this stupid funky peigion company... They deliverd chocolate after 4 days of valentine and they lost my valentine card...they hav rubbish service and iliterate staff people who.don know how.to do management work....it ws first valentine gift to my bf and they spoil al excitment

Poor quality , dropped and partially dead on arrival. Binned after 2 days as most strayed rotting and several were dead. However, Funky Pigeon said the dead petals were to protect the flowers, what rubbish. If they were from a store I’d have returned them. Disgraceful quality and after sales service . Will never use or recommend 😤😤😤

Sent Valentines cards to my grandsons and they’ve never arrived. Checked my account with the company on the 15th and saying order not fulfilled. Contacted them by email for refund and they then told me there were due to be dispatched that today. Just checked account again and they’ve put in they were dispatched on the 9th. What a bunch of liars!

Valentines Card has not arrived and it is now a week since it was supposed to be delivered. No reply to my emails. This is the first and last time I will use this appalling company...

I ordered Valentines day flowers for my other half, the bouquet came on time thankfully but they look nothing like the picture advertised.. The flowers came without white roses. The customer service team was responsive when i emailed on the 12.02.21, replying to me the next day on 13.02.21 to confirm the delivery date.. I have since emailed them on valentines day to inform my order wasn't correct but still haven't received a response. They aren't taken calls either. I feel as though I have been miss-sold. Its an absolute joke!!

Ordered a re-birthday card for my son after his stem cell transplant following leukaemia. All the important message cut in half fuming as it's perfect on the preview. Can't get that day back. Moonpig for me now

Valentine flowers didn't arrive on time and unable to get a response from the email service. The call centre is closed to 'protect staff' Seems odd that they are unable to fulfill existing orders, unable to handle customer issues but still taking new orders and customers money?????

Ordered a Valentines card for my partner from Funky Pigeon and was given a delivery date of 13th February at the time of placing my order. The card didn’t however arrive on the 13th of February as promised and by Valentines Day still no card, leaving me with nothing to give my other half on Valentines Day. Even by the 15th of February I still haven’t received said card. You would think if you were buying a Valentines card it would arrive by Valentines Day, especially if the delivery dare backed this up, but it seems Funky Pigeon are happy to take your money and sell you a Valentines card even if they can’t fulfil this order. I have contacted Funky Pigeon and enquired as to the whereabouts of said card but unsurprisingly I’ve had no response from them. Based on my experience I would suggest you avoid using Funky Pigeon, they will take your money gladly but there’s no guarantee you’l get your order when they say you will and then you’l get no response from them when you chase them up. I certainly won’t be using them again. Avoid.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered for Valentine's day early (Delivery for 13th to be sure) they took my payment on the day of the order 11th with no confirmation email and I'm still waiting. They are refusing to accept responsibility so I'm taking it further.

Ordered a Valentine's Card on the 5 th February and my wife has still not received it I have sent an e mail to Funky Pigeon still waiting a reply I will never order from them again .

Ordered and paid for a valentine's day card on the 10th of February, was stated it would be with me by the 12th of February. 14th of February comes and goes, still no sign of it. I message their so called support department, and get a message back 2 days later stating that my card has not only not been sent out, but they haven't even bothered to make the card yet! Instead of being offered a full refund for their terrible service by way of apology for them not being able to run their business properly, I have been told I can wait even longer to get the valentine's card sent out and accept that it is literally going to be many days after valentine's day is over, or accept a refund and get no card whatsoever. Funky Pigeon MUST have known that they would not be able to fulfil their valentine's day orders in time well before the 12th of February, since I have read reviews on.here.from.people.who ordered cards as early as the 5th of February and still haven't received their cards! Yet, they decided to mislead people and continue accepting orders with fake timelines for delivery, all in the name of greed.

Ordered Flowers for Valintines Day on the Friday delivered on Saturday. Excellent service and the Roses were beautiful. Will certainly be using again.

Well u write out ur card then when u go to pay its says PAY VIA BANK APP. So i clicked that took me to pay i transferred £7.19 for one card said be there by FEBRUARY 11th 3days before valentines day FUNNY THOU STILL WAITIN FOR THE CARD TO TURN UP so i chevked my order yesterday 13th feb says iv never had anyyhing orderd anything but yet i have the evidence that I ordered and paid IM NEVER USING FUNKY PIGEON BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO NUMBER TO CALL FOR HELP EMAILED THEM LOADS OF TIMES NO REPLYS ON ONE OF THERE BUSY TIMES OF YEAR NO HELP AT ALL JUST TAKE UR MONEY 💰

I spend lots at funky Pigeon .... not anymore ...... Phoned a few minute after i received order email .....Which was wrong so i tried to phone no contact email only no phone contact at all ..... sent 5 contact messages ..... NO REPLY STILL ...... sent the cards out that are no use to anyone .. Where are the staff i would like to know

The card I ordered for my Granddaughter aged 5 arrived after her birthday. I complained to customer services, who were not in the slightest concerned & didn't even offer an apology. It is recorded that 15% of customers would recommend this site, therefore 85% would not, I am with the latter. Will never use again.
