“ Did this online sending all relevent information and attaching images of packaging as requested numerous times, what a waste of time, email after email after email asking for same information, judging by some of the names on replies, assume customer service is abroad somewhere with folks who clearly have a remit not to issue a refund at any cost. ”

“ Company is rubbish. I order online at New Addington store. Promise 2 hour delivery. Alway late. Have had items use by date next day. Have had items missing. Ring head office and takes ages for phone to be answered. Call alway goes to foreign call centre. Sometime can't understand them. I asked to speak to a manager .Was told that will call me within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Rang to complain. Call went to South Africa WHY! Woman hung up. Staff aren't bothered any the customers. Don't use this company. Customer service is terrible ”
