Went for breakfast at Woodrow Wilson's Carlisle, decided on there Baco bitty and Sausage butty, service was quick, filing was very good, but all let down by very dry and poor quality bread.

I went into the Green Parrot today twice as our 1st experience was made so enjoyable from the duty manager Jamie He was fun went the extra mile with us as a big party and was clearly passionate about what he did nothing was to much .We came back in the evening down to how he made us all feel a true credit to spoons

My wife and I use the Taylor Chalk in Sidcup, we both want to say how ALL the staff are so friendly/helpful and professional in the running of the pub. We would Like to pay a special mention to Ammie, Jed, Jes, Bill, Joe and the lad who recently had a tattoo who always make us so so welcome.. Sandra and Steve.

Cordwainer Northampton, cold food from kitchen, had the lemon and herb chargrilled chicken tonight, warm on the outside, cold in the middle, hubby had ultimate burger also lukewarm, you need to get this sorted before someone gets ill, no one around to report it to.

Wetherspoons ilkley, stopped eating there now, cold food. The girl asked was everything o k, I said no, she smiled and walked away. What's the point in saying that. The area manager must not be doing his job to let this acur. That's must be the reason the pub not doing the trade now.

I have been going to the Quay in Poole since it opened and always enjoyed our weekly visits both food/drink and service. Our last three visits were very poor in every aspect. Lack of real ale choice, cold and poorly presented food. There was not even packets of salt. You need to bring back food theme days offering the full range as before pre- Covid. The lack of customers is a good indication that things are not right. Ignore this review by a loyal customer at your peril.

Popped in to the ritz in wallsend to order food for 4 people, using the app I ordered the steak with salad, extra side of onion rings among other things and the salad and onion rings were missing. When I asked a member of staff they told me they had no salad or onion rings and were not replacing with anything else. So why sell them on the app then I said. Not my problem was the reply. I also ordered 4 drinks and they brought the wrong pint over. Also mentioned this and the reply for that was well if I change it you will have to wait 15minuted because I'm busy. Absolutely the worst service and experience I have encountered.

As regular customers in the past,my wife and myself visited Wetherspoons at The Quay,Poole today.I had a beefburger which was quite tough, and was cold.I paid extra for cheese,on the beefburger. It was not melted - just a square of cold processed cheese dumped on top. There was a discarded cigarette butt lying on the floor under our table !The floor in the gents toilet needed cleaning, and there was very obscene graffiti on the back of the WC door. No body checked to see if we were happy with our food. I am by no means an habitual complainer, but standards at Wetherspoons appear to have fallen dramatically.

Food was quickly served but Luke warm so it had obviously been pre cooked and was left warming on the not so hot, hot plate. Breakfast muffin came with sliced plastic cheese no better than McDonald’s. Mushrooms were overcooked and shrivelled up. The biggest issue was the table was dirty. We cleaned it ourselves with hand sanitiser and tissues. Needless to say the tissues were grim! Enjoyed the refills of hot drinks and the staff were friendly and polite.

I thought the food and service was good at the Hatchet Inn Newbury. However, the place was in dire need of a good clean. Table and surroundings sticky dirty and tables left uncleare

After visiting the Weatherspoons at unit 5 London Victoria Station yesterday I was deeply disappointed in the food that was served up. Not only did we wait an hour for the food and it wasn’t busy a member of staff finally came over and said have you had your food yet to which I answered no and we have missed our train. Within 1 minute the food arrived and was cold which suggests to me it had been sitting in the kitchen and was forgotten about. 2 of us had the Chicken strip meals, We tested the Chicken strips but they were cold and the chips tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. Also my sons partner had an odd chicken strip which we found out later that it had been mixed up with youngest sons meal as he had an odd strip too. My eldest son had the burger which was bone dry that you couldn’t swallow it. My youngest son had the 3 plates. The pizza wasn’t cooked and the Nachos had no cheese on. He also had the chicken strips but they were cold again and also had an odd one. We was never once asked if everything was ok so we left the food and up and left. I eat in Weathespoons a fair bit and has always been pretty good. But on this occasion it was really, really awful. I am not sure what went on in the kitchen but I feel our meals were probably sitting under the lights for 15/20 minutes before they realised it was there. By that time it wasn’t edible. It was such a shame as we had a lovely day in London but this just took the shine off it as we were all hungry and too miss our train and wait an hour for another just wasn’t worth it one bit.

Went to Square Sail.Brayford.Lincoln.yesterday lunchtime with my husband and two grandchildren. When we went to place our order we were told they had no fish, burgers etc. because there had been no delivery that day.. due I was told to a shortage of drivers. I feel this problem is because many drivers have returned to their own countries because of Brexit. Hope Timothy Martin is happy now that his vote for Brexit is impinging on his business.... We were very unhappy with the situation in Wetherspoons and had to leave and try and find somewhere else to eat.

The service in JD Wetherspoons 'Ivor Davies' has been appalling. The staff are slow and disinterested with customer concerns. The automated system is not fit for purpose and has undermined what once was a friendly local pub. They leave you unattended for a long time, forget orders, input them incorrectly or simply forget to ask. I sat at my table for 40 minutes waiting for a cup for my refill. Nobody bothered to ask if I was okay and they blatantly ignored me when I tried to get their attention. An adjacent table promptly left due to the service being so slow and because the manager argued back about the service. This was all very public and left a bitter taste. I don't think that the app is a good idea; technology has a habit of going wrong and since JD have tried to implement it, the service has been shocking. Needless to say I'm not happy and I would urge people to steer well clear unless you're willing to spend an hour without anybody taking your order or being polite.
